I am rejecting this response because:While it is correct I am currently working with this business and while they have been understanding, I never lied about anything, the price was a mistake the price was $to which I had accidentally thought $but I found the receipt again and found it was $furthermore stating that I purchased it over a year ago was not true, it was months. It was on a covered patio in an upscale home, not left out in the yard to rotand while the product was unacceptable I am working with them as it may have been a fluke. When this matter is resolved I will contact back in regards.*** did contact me and we are still currently working on getting it resolved but so far I have not completed a transaction with them thus ending this dispute

On 12/3/my friend and I shopped at Zaer's store named Zaza in Plumsteadville, PA We made our purchases and thought that was the end of our experience On 12/31/we both received duplicate charges against our accounts The store was notified and we were assured the matter would be handled immediately We continued to contact them with no credits showing in our accounts; then on 1/13/one more charge for the same amount showed up on my account (but my friend did not get a second charge) I continued to work with the store and finally received a credit to my account for both charges on 1/16/ I was very disappointed in their slow response to our complaints and would like people to be aware of the business practices of this store

Dear [redacted],We would like to respond to a complaint made against our company submitted on 4/1 7/2014 ID # [redacted]. The person who filed the complaint in this matter did not purchase an item directly from us. We are a wholesale manufacturer who only sells to businesses....

This item was purchased at a local [redacted] store in FI over a year ago for $149.95. We offer a 30 day warranty to our wholesale customers only. However, this was purchased over a year ago in 201 3. These items are used outdoors and we cannot control how they are used and in what condition they are kept.We spoke directly to [redacted] who admitted they lied about what they paid at the [redacted] store when confronted with the actual price which was 149.95. We know what [redacted] sell it for. We sell it to [redacted] for 37.00. We are currently working with the customer on offering a discount on our wholesale pricing for something different and they were pleased with this. As far as we are concerned this matter is closed. We have gone over and above what we had an obligation to do.Thank you very much for your time

Review: I purchased a plant stand from this company through one of its retailers, this product is not even 8 months old and is rusting apart because it is made of very cheap metal. As stated it is a plant stand and was very expensive to the point these that cost this much should hold up and not rust out. After so many days you cannot return in store so you must go through a manufacture for the warranty, I did and [redacted] emailed me back stating they were very sorry and they would have one of their staff look into my problem. I never heard back and I emailed twice after with still no reply back. I need this company to honor the warranty and either replace my item with something of equal/greater value or refund my purchase.Desired Settlement: I formally request the replacement of equal or greater value or refund of my purchase in full.

It was on a covered patio in an upscale home, not left out in the yard to rot.... and while the product was unacceptable I am working with them as it may have been a fluke.
