Review: I have been communicating with [redacted] in customer service since November 18, 2015 regarding the Zadro Toothbrush sanitizer. It doesn't shut off resulting in the discharge of 2 AA batteries on a daily basis. I have asked to have 2 of these sanitizers replaced. When last I spoke with [redacted], she was trying to find replacements as this particular product was no long in stock.

In December I asked [redacted] to send me the name of the president/ceo of the company so I could express my displeasure with the product. I have not as yet heard heard from her and expect I won't.Desired Settlement: I would like to have 2 suitable toothbrush sanitizer replacements.
