Zack's Towing and Auto Care

Review: Zack's Towing, towed our daughters car to their location after she broke down on the highway. They said they could look at the car and let us know if they could fix it. Terry (owner) contacted us to inform us he believe the engine was blown. We rented some equipement to go pick the vehicle up. We paid Zack's for their inspection (we have a receipt). We asked if we had everything, Terry found a few parts and put them in the inside of the car. We towed our car home and had it inspected again. The mechanic noted right away the alternator and the cover for the engine was not there. We contacted Zack's towing and spoke to [redacted] said they had the parts and would ship them that day, she took my address. 2 weeks later we still had not parts. I called [redacted] again several times just to leave messages, definetly got the feeling she was screening her calls. I called from another number, and she picked up. She said they had shipped the parts just the other day, I asked for a tracking number or anything she could give me she said she would call me back. Its been 2 weeks since the last call and still nothing.Desired Settlement: The alternator was new so a new one would be expected. The cover was is perfect condition so same goes with that.We are also requesting $200 in the cost of gas and rental of trailer and time.
