Review: I hired [redacted] contact vendors and coordinate meetings with them as well as monitor their work on-premises. This was to protect your property and its contents, as well as oversee the quality of work performed.Therefore she choose a company to change and vacuum AC units and make some minor reparations. The fact that I consider [redacted] expensive for what I needed and that I was not please with the invoice is not a matter of discussion since I accepted and pay for her services.The Ac filters where not change or vacuumed, I just noticed the first one and when I asked [redacted]; she asked the contractor. [redacted] comes back to you with the answer "mistakenly the contractor bought the wrong size of filter for one of the units, but the others are changed and vacuumed"i discount for the AC unit not done and the un finished job in the master's bathroom; the contractor offer to finish the job, but at this point you don't thrust him; the contractor give you a discount and therefore you consider the issue expensive, not happy but closeDays later, contacted [redacted] Service Unit, for changing the filter and vacuum the AC unit the contractor didn't do ( assuming that the 3 other units where already changed and vacuumed). You asked [redacted] Service Unit to confirm filters in all AC where changed, but for your surprise they where not. [redacted] Unit Services changed and vacuumed all AC units for 75 usd. What are your thoughts about this contractor or about the supervision [redacted] was taking in this matter, taking in mind that she charged 125 usd an hour? Was it fare to be charged for a service and supervision not done?Desired Settlement: Refund the amount charge for the AC filter change and vacuum supervision, [redacted] charged 5 hours. Refund 2 hours at least.

I have responded to these complaints in-depth in defense of my ethics and the way in which I run my business. The fact remains, which I have previously stated, that any and all issues with Mrs. [redacted] were addressed and mutually resolved prior to her formal complaint. I have yet to understand why Mrs. [redacted] felt the need to submit the previously resolved complaint to the Revdex.com, nor do I understand why she is bringing new complaints to the table over items that were clear from day one, such as my hourly rate. I stand firm in the details that I've shared thus far and my decision that I will not refund Mrs. [redacted] for the two hours requested due to the fact that she has already generously received waived fees from my firm and an abundance of other duties were performed in the two hour span.
