Review: I went there for an inspection and told Z that my vehicle was under warranty and had an emission light on. I then asked him if it would fail with an emission light on and he said if that's all thats wrong with it then no. I came back to find out that was the only issue was the light on (no diagnostic preformed), the vehicle failed and then I was charged the $21 NY alledgly charges for a failed inspection. (Which I have never heard of until today). This is the kind of maintenance shop you bring your vehicle in for one problem which gets fixed and a week down the road you end up with three more..Desired Settlement: $21

[redacted] from the company called into the Revdex.com with a response. He stated that the emission light will fail an inspection. Maintenance lights do not fail an inspection. No refund will be given.
