I went to the Z wireless in Hartville Ohio. The cashier /salesman was named Aaron Marchett. I came into the store to see if it was my port on my phone that went bad or my charger. He plugged my phone into his desk charger then immediately pulled it out and said yep your phone is shot...I was skeptical because my phone off and completely dead when he quickly plugged it in that charger so I plugged the phone into the same charger and turned it on and it was charging perfectly fine. So I said how come it's working for me he said please give me my charger back you shouldn't have to force the charger into the port (which I hadn't) I bought a charger then went back to the campsite only to find out that the electricity was off at my campground. So my phone was fine and so was my charger he just wanted to sell me a phone! DON'T GO THERE! RIPOFF

Review: I was not explained about the plan, and I was not told that not told that Z- wireless is not part of [redacted] I purchased 2 phones on the edge plan with 10 G data.The phones and contracts are owned by Z-wireless . I wanted to be on the 2 year contract and pay the price of the phone which was $199.00 with rebate of $100.00. I first went in and they didn't have any iPhones. They talked us into the LG1and the Edge plan. They said it was cheaper and cheaper. We'll I called and went back on the 10th and they said the plan would only go up $7.00. Found out they are charging full price for the phone, $700.00. Plus tax up front of $38.75. This was the price of plan $181.00 plus tax. I have called the [redacted] customer service and get disconnected. I went to the store and told them that I did not want to be on the Edge plan and wanted to change to another plan. They said that I would have to call customer service. Been going back and forth 12 customer reps in 7 states. Finally on June 21,2014 I started at 9:23 and talked to a representative in [redacted] He was able to get my employee discount of 14% off data. He put me on hold so he could talk to his manager. Than another rep. came on , I explained everything to her and she told me that she could fix it. Was on the phone with [redacted] in [redacted] for almost 2 hours. She said that she completed the process and I was off the Edge plan. Next step go to the store where I purchased the phones and give them back. Went to the store on June 25th and they said that they would not take them back. Called the [redacted] customer service from the stores phone. They said the store was the only one that could return the phones. They won't because they will loose their commission. Not right they have been untruthful from the beginning and I have tried. Was in [redacted] and had no service on June 21st. Also found out my Data plan was dropped down to 4G's. Called [redacted] customer service on the Jun 26th and 27th and I was told that they are updating and can't look at my atDesired Settlement: Would like the Z - wireless store to cancel the Edge agreement and take back the phones so that I can go to another wireless provider. my bill is paid up to date.
