Review: The transmission in my car gets stuck in a lower gear. I took my car to Z Teck Transmission to rebuild my Transmission. But it is still acting up again.

My names is [redacted]. I have a 1994 Dodge Intrepid when [redacted] and I talk about my cart what it was doing witch was getting stuck in 2ed gear so I had to turn the car off and then turn it back on again then it would shift. But there was three day's that the car would not move at all when I put it in gear. So the fourth day I got it to move so that is when I tolk it to Z Teck Transmission to get it rebuild. And that was on 6-6-13. I payed $2000.00 dollars. I got it back on 6-9-13. Drove the for five days, then it starting shifting bad again. So I tolk the car back to have it tested again on 6-11-13. So [redacted] said it was 47 solenoid switch valve stuck in Low Reverse. So I took it in thur day night so get I back on Friday But I did not get it back on Monday with was on 6-17-13. But it is still not shifting right again. So I thing that they did not one thing to my transmission so I want my money back so I can get my car fixed the right way.Desired Settlement: I want my money back so I can get my car fixed the right way.

After making several attempts to contact Mr. [redacted] I was able to speak with him on Monday, September 23. Mr. [redacted] stated that he was still having a problem with the transmission but that he was not sure when he would be able to bring the car in for us to determine the nature of his problem and how best to address any needed repair.

The original rebuild was done in June and is still under warranty. However, until Mr. [redacted] makes the vehicle available to us, we will not be able to address the problem.

We are committed to making any necessary repairs.
