Delivery Nightmare! I was so excited when I ordered the Archer Banquette a month ago but I am regretting it nowAfter inquiring about my delivery date I was informed today that delivery for the Archer Banquette has been delayed until mid-JulyThat's weeks of waiting for my delivery and not the 8-advertised on their websiteI am extremely disappointed because I have family guest coming to visit and I have no dining set for us to enjoy our mealsI ordered of the matching chairs, the Sophia Dining Table and the banquetteI spent a great deal of money furnishing my dining room and now I have no furniture until the end of summerI feel mislead with the advertised delivery date so beware and expect a delay in delivery if you order the Archer Banquette ...If I had not reached out to inquire about when I would receive my furniture I would be still unaware and thinking that I only have more weeks to receive my dining room furnitureI was told that my delivery date would be late April or early MayMy biggest complaint is that no one took the time to contact me and let me know that my order is being delayed and when I did inquiry - I was not offered a reason for the delayI placed my order originally in the store (Atlanta) and the service was great however, the follfrom Customer Service or the Warehouse is lackingWaiting weeks is outrageous and unexpectedBased on the reviews, who knows when I will receive my furniture

I would not deal with this company anymorePoor customer service, their representative will not take calls notes in their software or may be their software is losing dataCustomer services promises you something but that never happensNo matter what you do they refuses to get their supervisor on call or on email or infect they refuses to talk to them

I would not deal with this company anymoreI have no problems with the store but their customer relations representatives display poor customer serviceThey do not have a log any of the incidents so I am forced to email them all correspondences I have had with them They show no desire to help resolve or compromise with any of your concerns For some reason, they refuse to get their supervisor on call or on email They raise concerns over credit/billing and claim to fix it in their database but never doCustomer is forced to reorder product, etc

I purchased a sofa and love seat and waited patiently for weeks for it to arrive Although it was beautiful, it arrived with an odd unsettling odor I figured it was from the manufacturer and it will go away month in the odor got worst To add on top of that I am pregnant and this odor is contaminating my air space I contacted the store where this was purchased and customer service I was not impressed with the turnaround time for response and was way less impress on the offered solutions First they offered store credit to get another sofa, which I would likely have to wait another weeks and risking the chance of another smelly sofa set I did not acceptThey offered to remove the sofa and replace it, again 10+ weeks wait time That makes no sense because I'd have nothing to sit on I did not accept They offered to send a cleaning person which I accepted in hopes that a quick clean will resolve things I waited days for customer service to call and tell me that likely the odor will not come out and they will need to order another set The worst part is that they cannot expedite it and I have to go into a queue to wait for the sofa set to be built, shipped and delivered Here's the problems:
The manufacturer inspector did not do his/her due diligence to ensure that it is per code and quality standard I'd like to think that what was sent was not the expected quality that zgallerie offers to their customers
Expecting a customer to wait an additional weeks to wait for another set is ridiculous when this was the mistake of zgallerie and their outsourced manufacturer Not to mention black Friday just passed and I'm sure orders have doubled from sales period Hence a longer wait time I would imagine zgallerie would have a good enough relationship with the manufacturer to expedite this
It's the holidays and I'm stuck with a terribly smelling sofa set Not to mention that I am pregnant and having to inhale the fumes coming from the sofa What will this do to my health and child?
As a "reputable" company I'd think they'd try harder to make what they wronged right I think zgallerie need to put in place a new program to offer customers temporary sets while they wait for their purchase to be correctedThere are an abundance of options out there and I chose zgallerie many times I will definitely think twice about making another purchase at this place

I am extremely disappointed because I have family guest coming to visit and I have no dining set for us to enjoy our meals. I ordered 2 of the matching chairs, the Sophia Dining Table and the banquette. I spent a great deal of money furnishing my dining room and now I have no furniture until the end of summer.
