Dear Mrs. [redacted], I am Becky Z[redacted], my husband Brice and I own Waylon's and Z Fun FActory.  I am so sorry that my employees did not take your situation seriously.  I am scheduling a meeting with our Staff immediately.  I will send you a check for $500 and Family Passes for next season....

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Review: Last month 7/27/2015 we went to Waylon's Water World, hopping to have a great day, part a itinerary of our week vacations in Yuma az., we paid the fee as everybody else. My son decide to use one of the park attractions "Mat Racer" everything was great, my son got into a mat that the park provide, so the person can slide their way down in to the big water slide, my son got barely down and trying to get his way out of the track when the person in charge of sending more people down was so smart to send my nephew on the very same track even that my son was still there, my nephew hit my son very bad from the back, I have everything recorder, my nephew was so fast and my son smaller than him that when he was hit my son fly on the air and flip his body landing over his head, I WAS VERY SCARE, both of them were on the ground crying holding their heads, how that was possible!, how come THAT PERSON sent somebody down without making sure the way was completely clear, my son was crying on pain as well my nephew, I went to confront the person but she was so high and hard to listen to us, when she realize what happened she "try" to call the "LIFEGUARDS" in the area with no success because they were so busy talking each other, and even finally looking they saw us hysterical that they laugh of us, even knowing that there was an accident didn't rush to help, finally somebody offer us an ice pack, we try to talk to a supervisor or manager and nobody was there, we finally got somebody to take an incident report and on their side THAT WAS IT. I decide to bring my son to ER, he got admit it, and luckily there was nothing serious other than a big bruise and the injury. next they I called again to talk to the supervisor Jimmy and he told me that they will send the report to their insurance and they will contact me and until today NOBODY not even him has called me for nothing not even to apologize, I spoke to Jimmy 2 times and still the same. I receive a bill f $350 from the hopsital and I ned them to pay it at leastDesired Settlement: I need the Waylon's water world to pay the bill at least, and to make adjustment on how to treat accidents and the victims...I have a video to support my allegations!!
