Review: I have ordered products totaling $56.89 paid for with a credit card, since feb **, 2013.It's now march [redacted].I HAVE CALL MANY TIMES NO ONE PICK THE PH UP NO ONE SEND ME AN E-MAIL TO SAY IF MY BACK STUFF IS ON BACK ORDER. They respond with a email saying they were out of the size I ordered and they would send what sizes they to make up for they were out of if it was ok with me, I respond that's fine still, no product a month later or any contact from them.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund

Review: Hello - Im writing to inform you about thie z-ethnic company I ordered some non perishable food from them on March [redacted] 2013 and today is March [redacted] I still have not received my order. I have sent them two emails one from my email account and one from their web sites. I called them 15 times and no response either. Please help me out get the goods that I have ordered or help me get my refunds. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Get the good that I have ordered or get me a refund if they dont have the good or if they are going to ship them to me. I dont believe thats too much to ask for.

Review: I ordered 8 bottels of Windmill Barbados Hot Pepper Sauce from Z-Etnic on the [redacted] of Sep 2013, the price was $120.46 they wanted me to pay by money order. I sent an email to the company requesting to pay buy credit card, they responded back with information to go to a secure site and pay. I followed the instructions and made a payment using my [redacted] on the [redacted] of September. The product was supposed to be delivered to [redacted]. I sent an email inquiring as to when the product will be shipped out, I recieved an email back on the [redacted] of Sep stating that they recieved my payment and the product will arrive no later than the [redacted] of Sep. Up to this current date nothing has been recieved, I emailed and called several times to the number (###-###-####) that no one answers and that goes automatically to voice mail. I have requested the company at first to drop the shipping fees ($40) because it has been several days since I order and no delivery. Finally I requested to be reimburse my money. It has been 20 days since I order/paid for the products and no delivery. The company is now ignoring me, no emails stating the status of the product or the status of reimbursing me my money. I have email traffic if needed as proof. Thanks.Desired Settlement: I would like my [redacted] recredited the $120.46 and this business needs to be checked out for what appears to be false advertisement.

Review: Placed an order online with ZETHICS on Sept ** 2013 I have not received my product and the date is now Oct ** 2013. I tried to call the number provided on there website, its a [redacted] number that doesnt accept calls. I tried to email them via there website and no email will not go through? I contacted my bank because I think this buisness is a fraud or a scam. I have read many reviews after the fact that I ordered and everyone says they didnt receive there products either and no way to get ahold of anyone.Desired Settlement: They should either refund my money or send me my product. You took my money from my acct and a month later no product?

Review: I placed my first order on 7/**/13 #[redacted] for Halls Ahomka ginger candy which I received a spot for payment method money order, no option was given for credit card, I sent money order on 7/**/13. I received this is a email notification that your order is processing. I waited several weeks no products were sent. I have emailed and called. I also sent a letter with copies of money order and order that was placed. I called my bank to see if money order was cashed and it was on 8/**/13. When I email them they said I had not completed my order which I placed the order again from the link they provided on 9/**/13. I still did not receive products nor did I get a refund. I sent money order $ 57.36. The first time I Used this company they would answer the phone or you could send email now they only have a mail box which is full most of time and you can not leave a message .They also changed the # to ###-###-####. Thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: I really would like to have the product that I ordered Halls Ahomka Ginger 12 bags, total amount paid was $57.36. This company should be shut down if they are only taking peoples money and not sending the products. Thanks [redacted]

Review: I placed an order on the website of this business on June **, 2013 and charged the order to a credit card. It is now August **, 2013, more than two months later, and I have not received the items. I have sent two email inquiries, left two messages on the business' answering machine, and have made two complaints using their online inquiry form (which seems not to be working) asking about the status of my order. Their phone never seems to be answered by a live person, even during the hours that their website claims that representatives should be available. I have received no reply to my inquiries and am very concerned that my credit card number may be misused in some way.Desired Settlement: Ideally, I would like to receive the merchandise I ordered. Failing that, I would like to have acknowledgement of cancellation of my order and purging of my credit card information from the company's files, along with an apology.

Review: order products from this company on June ** 2013. Received email confirmation of the order and said that I will receive additional information once the order is shipped or to call their line for any questions. Today is July ** 2013 and I have not received the products ordered . Furthermore, I have not received any other email or phone calls from the company. I had call over six times and placed three messages. Also, tried to send them an email from their website and it gives and error everytime I try to send one. I check my bank account and the money was already taken on July * 2013.Desired Settlement: If the order is not delivered as soon as possible, I will like my money refunded to my credit card.

Review: I ordered 2 boxes of Honsei Ginger Tea With Honey on July *, 2013 for $16.83. The money was taken out of my bank account on July **, 2013. It's now July **, 2013 and I still don't see it as being shipped. I called their number on their website ###-###-#### and it goes straight to voicemail. I called four times and left four voicemails with my contact information. I received no response. I went on their page also to leave a comment under their "Contact Us" page, still no response. I emailed them from my email account, still no response. They took my money and didn't send me my tea. I can't get in touch with them to get my tea. Either give me my tea, or give me my money back.Desired Settlement: I either want the tea overnighted to me immediately or credit my account the total of $16.83 so I can order it from somewhere else who actually cares about their customers.

Review: I placed an order for 12 bottles of Anaconda organic power tonic approx. 3 1/2 weeks ago. My account has been debit for the total purchase, but I have not received the product. I have tried by email and by phone to contac the business, but I did not get a response.Desired Settlement: If this business would still send me the ordered merchandise (asap) then that would be fine. If this order cannot be filled now then I would love to have a refund. Informing others that this could happen to them would be good as well.

Z-Ethnic contaced me by email a few months ago stating that the product odered was out of stock. They also stated it would be shipped in a few days. I have not received the merchandise nor a refund. I have not heard anymore from them.

Review: I made a purchase of an appetite stimulant on zethnic.com on 11/**/13 for a total of $19.98 (product price plus shipping) google order number [redacted]. They claim items ship within one business day and they provide a tracking number upon shipping. I have not received an email stating its been shipped nor a tracking number. Today is 11/**/13 and as of yet I haven't received my order! I've called the number on the site, but to no avail. I also sent two emails, for which I have not received a response. I have found multiple sites complaining of getting ripped off and getting no response from this company. They are just taking people's money and it's not right.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund and for this website to be shutdown.

Review: I placed an order on June [redacted] 2013 - Order number: [redacted]. I received an email saying that my account would be charged once the items were shipped - and email sent to me to let me know. I never received a shipment email but they did TAKE $51.93 (the order total) from my account on June [redacted] 2013. I have NEVER received a package - a phone call or an email.... explaining why they have taken my money and not supplied me with the agreed upon order. At this point they have stolen from me and id like it back please. Review: I ordered $48.85 worth of products from Zethnic but have not received my order. I have called and emailed the company but have not been able to get any response or get the products.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund.

Review: I submitted an order online on June [redacted], 2013 via [redacted] and received an email confirmation with my order # that same day. The email confirmation stated that I would receive an additional email once the product was shipped. I am yet to receive the email stating that the product was shipped and I am yet to receive the product (over a month later!). I have called and emailed several times with no response. I checked my credit card and the order anount has been taken off of it. So basically, they have taken money and have not provided a service/product.The company boasts customer satisfaction. Here is a quote from the actual website:"So our guarantee to you is:"Complete Satisfaction Every Time"I believe I have been the victim of fraudulent behaviour and I want my money returned to me ASAP. Please investigate this company as I am sure other people are experiencing the same issue. Review: I ordered a product on June **, 2013 from this company, but I never received the item. I got an order confirmation, and my credit card was charged yet no product ever came. I made repeated attempts to reach customer service, but to no avail. The phone number is apparently just a voicemail box without any service greetings simply "Z". (The number on your website stated ###-###-####, but it's ###-###-####). The email address seems valid ([redacted]), but there has been no response to any of my emails since June. Additionally, the 'Contact Us' option on company's website DOES NOT allow me to submit a request. It only gives an error message. Zethnic ([redacted]) does not seem to be a legitimate business, and I may have lost my money. However, others should know about it to avoid the same fate.Desired Settlement: I really wanted the product, but I now do not even trust that it would be what I paid for. I would much rather get credited the amount spent.

Review: I contacted the company via phone once August [redacted] 2013 at 9:31pm (Central time zone) and left a voicemail inquiring about the [redacted] syrup they have advertised as available to purchase on their site. I knew business hours were well over but I figured I'd leave a voicemail so someone could contact me as soon as possible. I wanted to ensure this company was legitimate before I just handed over my credit card infomation. I went ahead and placed an order on 8/* at 1:35pm for a bottle or two of the [redacted] product through [redacted]. However, I received no return phone call the following business day 8/*/13 so I called again on August [redacted] 2013 at 9:07am CDT and the only number they have on their site was disconnected! After no phone call success, I contacted them through a "Contact Us" type link [redacted] provided me if I needed to notify ZEthnic of any order changes. I used that and emailed the company to inform them that I was no longer interested in purchasing due to their lack of customer service and overall legitimacy. To date, I have no received a single phone call or email acknowledging my phone calls or emails.

I am a [redacted] video creator and I made a video discussing my challenges in talking to someone at the company and one of my viewers informed me that she also placed an order, ZEthnic took her money and hadn't received anything after 2 months. I know the Revdex.com doesn't handle third party type complaints but I would like to include that bit of information.Desired Settlement: The business has a responsibility to uphold their claims of customer satisfaction no matter what. Their exact words are "... we believe that you the customer are the reason for our growth. As such only by ensuring you are fully satisfied with our products and service can [redacted] continue to grow.

So our guarantee to you is: 'Complete Satisfaction Every Time.'" Call me crazy but ignored phone calls, disconnected phone numbers and no responses to emails is a far cry from customer satisfaction. I want this company to take down their site if they are no longer in operation! Or take down the products that are not available!
