These issues are internal and are NOT covered by my warranty I am seeking legal help which is being solved with my attorneyYou should be hearing from him soon as wellI have no communication with the manager *** what so everI want out of my contract or another car that is more dependable then what I received and that is worth my credit and foremost my moneyI still have not received my plates or sticker on my vehicle I'm still driving with temporary tags

Sorry about the problem with miss [redacted] car ,its a used car and it was sold as is ,although the problem took place almost a month later,she has warranty on the car the warranty is fixing the car for her it takes time for them to check and fix it ,at the same time we did not leave ms [redacted] with...

out a car she has a loaner car,we want to get her car fixed and taken care of so she can get her car and we get our car,I will follow up on my self.

Review: my wife an I tried to purchase a car frome here. we filled out all paper work and the dealer took car to insurance company to get insurance. We were approved for $0 down. a few days later we recieved a phone call saying they were not able to secure financing so we needed a co-signer. my mother then went to co-sign and they took me completely off. so now my mother was buying a car that she didnt want. she felt rushed and thought she was just co-signing so she did not read the paper work. they also required a down payment. we payed half the down payment and aggreed to pay other half on 2/20/2013. my mom also had to take out insurance on the car also. she was asked to lie to the bank when they called saying she paid intire down payment and that the car was for her. once again they could not secure loan. now the guy is calling saying we have to bring other half of the money or the car back or he will file fraud charges. so I agree to just take the car back then but he is telling me that he will not return my $500 deposit. so now I am out $500 plus $613 in insurance. and my mother is out approx $170 in insurance. he said if we give him the other $500 he will get the loan thru. I do not trust him and just want my money back.Desired Settlement: I just want the $500 down payment back. so that we can go to a reputable dealership and purchase a car.

we tried to do business with this gentleman we could not secure financing because his income did not match what he put on his credit application his mother did purchase a vehicle I cannot by law discuss his mothers purchase with him and she has never contacted the dealership in any form she is more than welcome to contact us thank you

This company knew the car was for me and yes they did get my mother approved. but as far as she knows she was cosigning because the company told her that. then when I got the paper work I told her what the deal was. they called me to offer to let my mother go resign but she had to lie to the bank when she called them and tell them that the car was for her. we have the threatining voicemails and text saved. The owner did call me and I was going to try to work with him but my mother wants nothing more to do with the company or the people that work there. I have the reciept in my name where I paid on the down payment. this could have all been resolved if they would just refund my money. they were not able to secure financing, I did not lie to them about my wages they asked for gross and I gave them less than I gross. this ordeal has already cost me over $1200. just getting my down payment back would be sufficient. other than that I really do not want much to do with them. I am just trying to save my mother the hassle of takeing them to small claims court...

Review: Since the first week of purchase...jeep has been returned for repair every week due to not starting and falling dead during drive. When asked for refund within the first 3 weeks.the general.manager refused. We believe the truck to be a lemon because it has been a week and they still can't get it fixed.Desired Settlement: Down payment should be refunded.

Sorry we cant not return her money,because first of all there was nothing wrong with the jeep when she bought it, she signed an as is and that's the law, she never complained or gave us chance to check it or fix it. thanks[redacted]

Review: Bought the vehicle in March of 2012. They mailed plates for my car after calling several times about them. Unfortunately, the plates they mailed didn't belong to my car. They belonged to a truck. I saw that they were the wrong plates and never put them on. I called the dealership to try to resolve the problem and they said, "I was on my own". I either want compensation for tax title and licence so I can go into the tax office and handle this myself, or, I would like the dealership to do this for me. I have been receiving tollway tickets in New Jersey from a Mercedes who has my plates. Please let this dealership know that there's at least 3 people who are effected by this.Desired Settlement: I want MY license plates!!!

Review: I purchased a 2008 GMC Acadia on June 12,2014 made my first payment of $736.00 on July 22,2014 when in fact is due monthly on 27th of each month starting in July purchased a warranty and still sitting in the shop and has not been worked on. I have made several attempts to deal with the sales lot and the warranty and I'm getting the run around please help or what do I need to do about this? I'm a single mother my car broke down so I decided to get into a payment for a dependable car and having to deal with this.Desired Settlement: I either want my car fixed or a replacement vehicle worth the amount im getting financed for and the amount the car is sold to me at I signed my contract and really need for them to keep up with their side of the deal.
