Review: When purchasing a tractor, I was promised a front-loader cutting edge to be included. It would be available for pick-up in three weeks from the purchase date, as was the verbal promise and a business card signed by Manager, [redacted]. It has been over ten weeks. Each time I call [redacted], he gives me another excuse as to why he cannot provide this item. He said he would call with news about delivery of the item to my ranch, and never did. I have been extremely patient and, I believe, understanding. At this point, I am under the impression that he never intends to honor his commitment.Desired Settlement: I want the part. I want it delivered to me at no charge. The item must be complete and correct item with mounting bolts, delivered to my ranch.

[redacted] emailed us and we responded that the company did not have implement in stock. We advised him that we have tried other companies and had no luck.

[redacted] came into our business this afternoon and picked up his part. This situation had been taken care of and problem was a result of the part being on backorder.

We apologized to [redacted] for the inconvenience this has caused him.
