Review: They should not be in business. [redacted] answered the phone after my warranty company had assigned them to my repair 32 hours earlier. Even though the warranty company promised they would call yesterday within a few hours, they never called. When confronted about this, [redacted] first suggested they might have "missed" the work order assignment. But then he changed his story to "we probably saw you have two units in your house, so we decided it was not an emergency." This was his justification for not having called two full business days after being dispatched. He made it clear he did not care about our repair and was not at all concerned he had not called as promised to schedule an appointment.When I politely pointed out I would complain to the Revdex.com and [redacted], he said "go ahead," and then hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I expect a written apology, and for YAZD Mechanical to immediately come and make the necessary repairs.
Review: Through [redacted] and home warranty the company was assigned to perform the repair to include removing the old system and installing a new system. Prior to the installation on Saturday I was told by [redacted] what would be done and the estimated charges. However, once the unit was installed one of the items were not performed which was to reclaim the Freon from the old unit. This task could not be performed because the technicians and two other companies confirmed that there was no Freon in the unit! I have reported this to [redacted] and also contacted the company regarding this matter to which I was greeted with a rude and argumentative response on top of receiving a voicemail on my work phone stating that I had two weeks to pay for that service. While the technicians performing the work did their job, the owner is arrogant, rude, unprofessional and has the worst customer service and his lack of integrity is incredible. On Saturday he came to my home while the work was being performed and parked in my neighbors parking space, I informed him he was in the wrong spot and he parked there anyway and stated he was not staying. Then he proceeded to come in my home without ever knocking and never spoke upon entering and began speaking to the technicians in their language (which is also very rude from a customer perspective). I have requested that [redacted] never assign them to me when I have a service request. Today when I called the owner Sean about the matter he was rude again and after a brief discussion involving loud talking because he tried to talk over me and then he hung up.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that the Revdex.com investigate the company as well as publicize this complaint to alert other customers of the unprofessional and bad business practices of the owner and terrible customer service.

The owner needs to issue an apology to both past and present customers for the harassing manner in which he dealt with my dissatisfaction of the billing for the services he actually performed.
