I thoroughly enjoyed working with Rob *** and his team at Yankee Restorations to replace my ridge ventHe performed quality work in a much shorter time frame than I expected, I thought it would take all day and he was done in 3-hoursHis prices are very reasonable

I had a hot water pipe leak which resulted in the plumber who had to use a jackhammer to break up several floor tiles in my kitchen to get to the source of the leak. I reside in a Condo and the water leak also affected the outside common area.I'm retired thus my availability is greater than the members of the Condominium Association who all work full time. We had 3 contractors assess the damage and submit a quote for the common area and my unit. Rob was the first to show up, the others were not nearly as prompt. We received the necessary quote(s) within 3 days from Rob, the others literally took weeks. Based on Rob's bid, promptness and reputation the Condo Association engaged him to do the work in the common area, and I for my Unit.His work in the common area and my unit was beyond reproach. I'm "old school" in the respect I expect people to do their job. Rob and his associates Rob ** and Chuck ** exceeded my expectations in all aspects including work quality, promptness, cleanup in my unit and the common area.I fully endorse Yankee Restoration and Rob based on his work ethics, craftsmanship and value for money spent. I have already discussed with Rob for several projects I want to have done this spring. A rare find!

I got my referral from my plumber, who tore up my (popcorn) ceiling to repair a bad leak. Rob and his side-kick (also Rob) had to deal with 2 pretty big odd-shaped holes. This kind of job requires multiple steps, so they visited three times. When it was done, the results were really quite impressive. I know that popcorn finish is hard to do well and they excelled. They are now on my go-to list for the future.

Rob [redacted] with Yankee Restorations was hired to replace rotted wood around our house as well as second floor windows. They also worked on our deck and front porch. Rob and his team were professional, neat, and great communicators. All work was done perfectly. They take pride in their work and that was evident in every aspect of the job. We will definately be using Yankee Restorations again and have already recommended them to neighbors and friends.

I've used Yankee Restorations on several occasions - exterior deck work, interior painting and most recently installation of flooring and a sump pump in our basement. I find the work that Rob and his team does to be of excellent quality. His team is responsive to questions, works with my schedule and is fairly priced. I would recommend Yankee Restorations to family and friends.

I needed someone right away to repair my back door that had been broken into. Rob was kind enough to come that day after he finished his scheduled job. He installed the door and scheduled me for the finish work within a week. My daughter helped me call many contractors and none were able to fit me in for this emergency but Yankee Restorations. The finish work looks great and was done in one day. It wasn't an easy job, since I have an old house and nothing is square. In fact, he had to build an entire new door frame, since the door I got was not the same size as my old door. I would not hesitate to call this company for future work.

I have utilized Yankee Restorations services on two occasions earlier this year. My latest request was a bit out of Rob's expertise. I asked him to pick up some newly purchased furniture and deliver it to my home. His response was "no problem."

He assigned Chuck and Rob to the job. They not only delivered the furniture, but they also set it up and placed it where I wanted it. When Rob say's "No job is too big or too small for Yankee Restorations" he means it.

I have several small jobs coming up in the near future and one that is more complex. I will engage Yankee Restorations services.

I have no reservations in recommending Yankee Restorations service to anyone.

Rob and his crew were very professional and have an eye for perfection. I had extensive tile work done with absolutely no Inperfection. Once the job was completed it was beyond my wildest expectations. My husband and I would recommend Rob for any work needed.

Rob is a pleasure to work with! He lives in the same community as his customers, as their satisfaction is key to his success. Rob completes his projects on time and as promised. He truly stands by his work and goes the distance to ensure the job is done right.

They did a FABULOUS job!

We need renovations done to our upstairs shower due to an improperly installed shower pan which caused major water damage. We were referred to Yankee Restorations and I couldn't be happier for the referral! Rob came to our house and gave us an estimate and clear explanation on the repairs. He was friendly and assuring. We received an estimate via email that night so we had time to financially prepare for the repair. Rob gave us dates for his availability and we booked the repair. Rob and his crew showed up on time each day. They were pleasant, polite and completely trustworthy. The repair took 4 days. They were able to remove, repair and replace all of the water damaged material and my shower looks great!! They were absolutely conscientious of matching the repaired tiles with the old tiles. The match is perfect. After 30 years of constant slow leaks from my shower floor, I now have a water tight and beautiful shower! I have already recommended Yankee Restorations to all of my friends and will continue to do so. We're getting an estimate from them to come paint our house in the spring.

Nov. 2016. Project - Painting & installing cabinet door fronts and hardware. If you are looking for quality workmanship and precision, you've found them. Rob and his team will treat you & your home with respect. They are meticulous and I'm very happy with the results. I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again.

Yankee Restorations just repainted our dining room, hallway leading upstairs and our upstairs hallways. The work is amazing. Everyone is very professional and they went an extra mile by packing up my grandmother's china for me. We liked them so much they will be back this month to repair/replace some outside trim on our house. They are very flexible and worked with me when I added on extra things to the initial project. We are planning on redoing our kitchen and half bath in a few years. When the time comes we will use Yankee Restorations.

Yankee Restorations was recommended to us. We are senior citizens and needed
