Review: I still do not have the uncontested divorce filed over two years ago. My constant calls for a status report were not returned until recently. And now they want additional fees to file again.Desired Settlement: I just want my "uncontested" divorce. There are no difficulties in our part for a civil resolution. I have paid child support religiously since our separation when I could have waited. All forms were filled and forwarded to this agency on July 2013. After the first year I was told that the courts were back logged.

Why would I give additional funds for reasons unknown? And I also believe that we were confused with another couple with the same last name and the agency did not pursue this discrepancy. I just want to know what happened and why I do not have a divorce after two years since I filed. Thank you for your help.
