I just went to a seminar for the free Yancey Events of [redacted] Well, it is NOT Yancey that they have you pay money to for the day class training They encourage you to use your "LAZY MONEY" = 401K (for retirement) to pay for your classes! I DO NOT think it is a smart thing to do I was interested in learning more, but just do not have that kind of money They were pushy though and made you think you will really make out and be able to sell because they supposedly will front you the money to buy a house............well, I don't really know that for sure I went to sign the papers and they wanted me to pay up front I said I don't have that kind of money, I am going to have to take it out of my so called lazy money from my 401k! I don't know exactly when I will get that money, so they put off my classes for Chicago, IL instead of the Brookfield, WI classes Now that I am home and really thinking about it, I do NOT want to pay them anything and want nothing to do with them I am worried that since I signed the paper, even though I did not pay them that they will come after me for the money I have sent a complaint to the Revdex.com I am going to call their number and ask [redacted] and [redacted] for the cancellation papers, I am just worried that they won't send them in time for me to have them back before the business days! :( They didn't even FEED us dinner like I thought we were supposed to get, AND I did not get a $discount shopping card either I should have left when my friend did

The Yancey real estate training and all of its associations [redacted] and [redacted] of [redacted] or [redacted] are fraudulent scams. They DO NOT deliver any where near the level of training they promise, nor do they provide the support they promise. Your chances of actually making a deal using the principles they teach are minuscule at best. Your chances of making a living, let alone getting financially well off, are virtually nonexistent, unless you get incredibly lucky! I signed up for the Diamond level (the highest) and the most I have gotten is phone calls trying to sell me more training. Take your $30,000 and go to local REI (NOT [redacted] clubs and learn from them. You won't get rich there, either, but you'll learn the same techniques, meet some great people, and you'll still have the money you need for investing. Also, DO NOT run out and rack up a bunch of credit card debt (as these programs encourage), you will do far more harm than good. Stay safe.

His seminars are a lying scam.
