Yamileth Cleaning Services

This company did not provide all the services they promised. They did half the job and were very rude. My mom got me a cleaning service for my birthday to come and do a deep cleaning of my whole house. Yamileth's cleaning contacted my mom through an internet home cleaning service site. Yamileth's cleaning told my mom that they would send a crew of 4 people for 3 hours and went through all they would clean. It is also on their website and facebook page all that they clean in a cleaning. They had really good reviews and offered all that we were looking to get done in my small 1300 sqft home. The cleaning crew came to my house on April 29 2016. There were three ladies and they got to work right away. We had to run to the store for a minute and came right back. When we got back the crew had left. They had only been at my house for 2 hours and they didn't even sweep or mop my main floor or kitchen floor. They didn't move anything to clean underneath because there was still dirt under my easily moveable couch and on the floor. The windows were not done, the baseboards were not done, no picture frames were dusted (and I don't have that many). They didn't even touch my kitchen cabinets and didn't even bother to get all the cobwebs from the ceiling. I called the owner and expressed my concern and took pictures and she sent the crew back to my home. I showed them what they missed and I apologized that they had to come back. One lady kind of apologized and they got to work. We had to leave for dinner plans and weren't able to check the work before we left. When we got back later that night, they still didn't fully clean the floor because they didn't move things that were easily moveable and still only did about half the work. I called back on Sunday May 1st to say there was still things they didn't clean that they said they would. The lady told me she couldn't talk to me and then blocked my number. BLOCKED my number. They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on their website and facebook page. So, I called from my husbands phone and the lady told me I was CRAZY if I thought they'd send someone out again. She told me I was RUDE, NASTY and to never call them again and then she blocked my husband's phone number as well. We have chickens in our yard and we had some eggs in our fridge and told the ladies they are welcome to some eggs while cleaning out the fridge. They took ALL(about 3 dozen)of our eggs but then did not even clean the fridge (inside or out). I find this to be a terrible way to treat a customer and I don't understand how they have such good reviews. I just wanted them to do the job they promised. I tried to send an email and still got no response. I didn't want to leave a bad review or have to file a complaint with the Revdex.com but after being blocked twice and getting no response I don't see any other option. Who ever I spoke with on the phone was super rude and I think it's crazy they blocked my number and didn't even try to rectify the situation. They didn't want to see the pictures I took and I wish the owner herself had come out to my property to see for herself that her crew was not doing their job. Instead she pretty much called me a liar and said she hasn't had any complaints in 3 years and didn't know what I was talking about. The owner never apologized but I'm not totally sure I ever even spoke with the owner because when I called the third time the lady said she was the assistant and the sister and was not nice either.Desired SettlementAt first I just wanted them to finish the job they promised, but at this point, since this company has been so incredibly unprofessional and rude, I do not trust them to come back out to my house, I'd rather get refunded the $175 so we can get a different company to come out and do the job Yamileth's cleaning was not willing to do. It was never about the price or the money, it was about being professional and keeping promises and doing what is right. I've never known a company to just block people's number and refuse to talk to them and as a business owner myself I would never ever treat a customer or person the way this company has treated me especially when they just didn't do their job. Yes, I did have a party, Saturday for lunch but I am not trying to get a free cleaning. This company on their website and [redacted] clearly states a list of all they offer including ALL baseboards, inside and outside of fridge, ALL windows, ALL picture frames, dusting of ALL furniture, outside of cabinets in kitchen, lights, fans and ALL floors. These are the things that this company did not do in my house. These are the main things we were worried about getting cleaned because these are the things I hate to do. This complaint is not about getting ANYTHING for free. This complaint is about how this company, Yamileth's Cleaning did not do what they promised and were very very rude and unprofessional. They charged $175 for a deep clean and did not do a deep clean of my home. If this company is unwilling to come to my home and do the things I have listed then they should refund the money spent so we can hire a company that actually cares about their customers. I think it is very unfair for this person to call me rude when they blocked me and couldn't even talk to me and when I call from a different phone to tell them what they STILL missed, this company calls me crazy, nasty and rude for trying to get them to do the right thing. And furthermore, the reason it's four+ days later is because I was trying to give the company a chance to respond to my email and rectify their mistakes without having to go through the Revdex.com. Final Business Response Honestly it is incredible that so many years of hard work end up losing by a [redacted] person and want me give away our work that God bles you and recive what you give..not body works for free....
