We paid for a sweatshirt at a tournament in Selah at [redacted] about 2 months ago & had to keep calling to find out the progress of when it would be ready. I asked to be called when it was ready & NEVER RECEIVED A CALL to come in and pick it up for my daughter. When I called to check on it again today the owner was rude & argumentative. I went in with my daughter to see what happened & again was treated like garbage & [redacted] just tried to dismiss me as if I was an inconvenience. My daughter said the guy was really rude & couldn't understand why he would treat us that way. She also asked me "is there someone else above him you can talk to about the way he treated us?", but with him being the owner my answer was no. I just wanted to share our experience with this shop, because they certainly DO NOT DESERVE OUR BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!

Review: I ordered some equipment and supplies (heat transfer machine, vinyl letters & numbers, canopy etc.) from [redacted] the owner. The items were not delivered. I have asked to have the matter settled many times by getting what I purchased or a refund of my money but [redacted] just gives me the run around and won't deliver. Now they won't respond to me, no delivery and no refund. Run don't walk away from [redacted] and this business.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my purchase amount or delivery of the items I ordered. A refund would be best but at least deliver the items as ordered that have been paid for, promptly and in good order.

Thanks for the information and touching base yesterday. In regards to the situation with [redacted], it is a personal matter between [redacted] and [redacted]. All documents, information, training and delivered materials were provided by me ([redacted]) as an individual.

I have forwarded you and [redacted] a packet of information regarding his complaint. When you receive it please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I did receive a letter from an Attorney a few months ago (a copy is enclosed in the packet) which I responded to accordingly and still have not heard a response. I have sent a detailed list of the products, training (by myself and industry representatives), samples and actual orders delivered to [redacted]. There is also a list items that have not been delivered that are available to ship, but I was waiting on a response from [redacted] or his attorney on my last reply.

In 20 years I have never once had any sort of complaint or issue and look forward to resolving this personal matter as soon as possible. To speed up our communications I am providing all of my contact information in this email. Feel free to contact me at any time.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

When I initially met with Mr. [redacted] is was at Yakima Sports Supply which he said he owned. When he demonstrated the equipment and showed me the merchandise is was at an event and in a booth labeled Yakima Sports Supply. When ever I meet with [redacted] it was at Yakima Sports Supply and when he showed me samples it was at Yakima Sports Supply. Now he wants to make it sound like it had nothing to do with the business. From his response to the Revdex.com he sounds reasonable and says he would like to get things resolved. The problem is it's all talk and NOTHING EVER HAPPENS!!!

It is true I had a law firm send him a letter trying to resolve the situation, he didn't respond so they sent a second letter (copy of letter is attached) He then responded that he wanted a list of items he had provided and that he wanted to work things out, sounds like the same response he gave the Revdex.com. I sent him the requested information (copy of letter is attached) again he has not responded. I also followed up with an email asking for an explanation of why he has not tried to resolve the situation (copy of email is attached) Still no response to me or the law firm I hired. I have given him my contact information several times and if the has the letter that he said he got from the law firm he has their contact information and my address on that letter. Mr [redacted] said he is forwarding a packet of information to me and the Revdex.com, what does forwarding mean, (email, letter, fedex or what) I have not seen anything at this point and really dought that I will. If the Revdex.com gets something please let me know. From his response he stated he has a list of items that have not been delivered, if he really has any intention of resolving this then WHY THE HECK!! haven't the items been sent to me, he clearly has my addresss and contact information. His methods have allways been to sound reasonable but just keep delaying and delaying hoping that I will go away and he won't have to deliver what he promised.

I find it hard to believe that over 20 years he and Yakima Sport Supply has not taken advantage of anyone like they have tried to do to me, an honest person would have resolved this mess long ago.

This is to respond to the email I got a couple of days ago in regards to case #[redacted]. The business that I have a dispute with, Yakima Sports Supply had sent some information to the Revdex.com in regards to my complaint. I didn't see where to respond to the information that your forwarded to me, so I am sending this email, I will also try and give you a call.

The response that was sent failed to address any of the grievances I have with Yakima Sports Supply. It contained a non-disclosure agreement, I don't know what I am supposed to do with that. I'm not asking for any private information I'm asking that they deliver the items I ordered or refund my money. The other items were copies of logos they have created for various events or organizations most of which have absolutely nothing to do with me. The copies of shipping details are for who knows what, three packages of 1, 5, 8 lbs. I't didn't say what these were but they did send me some samples & literature maybe that's what they were, who knows.

The items I am missing will easily weight a couple of hundred pounds .So their response is of no help and they didn't offer any way that they are willing to uphold their responsibility or to try and make things right with me at all. As usual they are not operating in good faith or show they are willing to make any kind of fair resolution to our problem. They have my money and don't show that they are going to deliver the items that were promised or refund the money I paid.

I have had my Insurance Lisc. for years before I took over ownership of the [redacted] in [redacted], **. [redacted] is the Area Manager and he can be reached at ###-###-####. I am notifying him and making him aware of this situation.

If you have any insurance related issues, I encourage you to contact them.

I will also notify [redacted] with the Revdex.com and notify him of the current development. I assume you forwarded him a copy of the letter I received, but I will scan him a copy just in case. I will also comment again, that your current accounting sheet is still missing orders for custom fast pitch uniforms and apparel orders. In the last email I sent to [redacted] with the Revdex.com I did state to him that the heat press and lettering were not delivered and once the accounting was adjusted they would be sent directly to you from [redacted].

As in this case, and any time I have been contacted I have responded. I will make a note of all of your new contact information.

I have provided everything Mr [redacted] has requested, again. If he will follow through on what he said he will do we can be done with this matter. From my prior experience I will believe it when it happens. Here is to hoping he will come through and deliver on his promises.
