Review: THIS COMPANY YAIR USA ARE NOTHING BUT THIEVES !!! I DEPOSITED IN THEIR BANK ACCOUNT $599 FOR EARRINGS THAT I PURCHASED. THEY NEVER SENT THIS ITEM TO ME, I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THIS ITEM. THEIR PERSON, [redacted], CLAIMED TO HAVE SENT IT BUT HAD NO PROOF OF SHIPPMENT AND STALLED AROUNDMANY WEEKS SAYING HE IS WORKING WITH THE POST OFFICE ON THIS MATTER.FOR MANY WEEKS I KEEP CALLING, LEAVING MESSAGES AND NOW WHEN HE SEES MY TELEPHONE NUMBER DOES NOT ANSWER IT.I HAVE CONTACTED E-BAY TELLING THEM ABOUT THEIR "HIGHLY" RATED THAT IS NOTHING BUT A CON ARTIST.Desired Settlement: I HAVE DEPOSITED MONEY INTO THEIR CHASE BANK ACCOUNT AND I WANT THEM TO DEPOSIT THE SAME EXACT AMOUNT INTO MY CHASE BANK ACCOUNT

Dear Revdex.com and anyone else reading this,.

04/**/13 [redacted] purchased a pair of earrings from us on eBay item number [redacted].

04/**/13 [redacted] sends us a message stating his PayPal wont let him use his credit cards due to some mailing address issues.

04/**/13 we responded saying that we can take any payment method, but since our credit card processes goes through PayPal that we were unable to accept his cards.

04/**/13 we responded again saying that we can take a check in the mail, provided our address and waited for his response.

04/**/13 reply from [redacted] "thanx 4 straightening out this PayPal headache"

05/**/13 we get a call from [redacted] with questions and insults "why he did not receive his earrings yet". we responded saying we got no check in the mail yet... and asked to give it a few more days or else cancel this certify check and send a wire or cancel the transaction since he was so rude already.

05/**/13 we called [redacted] saying we still got no check and asked him to go to his local bank and cancel the check, and asked him to accept the cancel transaction and he refused to, he said "i want the earrings", so we said fine. then we asked if he wanted to make a bank wire xfer so it can process faster and ship out the item and he agreed. waited a few days and no reply yet.

05/**/13 [redacted] calls again saying hes having bank issues with making a wire xfer, so we asked him "what bank you use"? he replied "chase bank", so I said well we use them too... why not just make the deposit straight to our acct and we can ship it out and he agreed.

05/**/13 [redacted] calls again to confirm his deposit to our acct, and when we checked we did see it and only then we started to process the order.

05/**/13 we ship out the order VIA USPS to the address that was on eBay and sent a tracking number to [redacted].

05/**/13 [redacted] calls and ask "where is my order" and we replied that we shipped it out on APR [redacted] and provided him with a tracking number again, and he asked us "what address did you send it too" and we replied saying the address on your eBay acct. stone started to get very loud, hostile, rude and said that is my old address why did you ship it there and it started to get ugly on his end so I was forced to ask him to hang up and call us when hes more calm.

06/**/13 [redacted] calls us again saying that he did not get the item yet again... and we gave him the same reply so when we checked the tracking number it said that it was accepted by the post office the day we shipped it but there was no activity after that. sellers that ship with USPS get it a lot where 5 out of 100 packages the post office tracking number just wont update sometimes, it happens.

06/**/13 we called [redacted] ans explained to him that we will help him out by opening a dispute with the post office and try to see whats going on with the package even though he was already very rude every time he called.

06/**/13 [redacted] calls us to get an update and we said that the post office is looking into and it can take up to 120 days for a dispute to complete, and until then we cant do anything about it.

ever since then he started to call my direct cell phone and office number leaving all kinds of threatening messages, and contacted eBay about it and other sources... and everyone told him that he is wrong for what hes doing and that its his loss for not updating his correct address on file. and that im being extra nice with him and trying to help him with the post office even though I can just go to the local police and court and sue him for harassment and threats that I have saved on my cell phone (my voice mail is full of his messages).

ever since we last spoke I informed him that I will not tolerate his gangster conversations and if he wants to wait until I get a reply back from the post office he is more then welcome to wait it out, otherwise keep it calm or I will report and sue him for way more then that.
