husband came for the refund. He indicated that he was not too happy with how his wife had handled the situation. I don’t think he was aware that she had posted her dissatisfaction on the internet. I asked that he would ask her to remove her negative comments from our Facebook page and Google and wherever else she was venting. I see as of today, a week later, she has NOT removed the comments.I take care of our Facebook page and I was immediately alerted to her problem. Instead of airing an argument on Facebook, I PM'd her from my personal Facebook account. It took a while to get a reply, but I did get one. I have attached a copy of our conversation there. Review: I bought 2 used tires for my truck. It's been about half used. Well I tried a place in town to put the used tired on my truck. But I was told by the company that the tires are over 11 years old and they cannot put tires on vehicles that are 10 years and older. And they also informed me that no other place will be able to put them on either. just to be sure I did contact 2 other businesses and they did let me know they cannot put them on. So I called Yeager and told them my situation and that either I want my money back or they put the tires on themselves. The man told me they do not have a hoist to put tire on. Well then I asked him, then how do you take tires off in order to sell them. I got a few stutters then a hang up. I tried calling a few times and every time the guy hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I would like them to either give me my money back.
