Yadkin Financial Corporation

I've been banking with Vadkin Valley Bank, formerly Vantage South Bank for almost a year and a half. The first point of complaint a teller [redacted] made inappropriate comments about my breasts to one of my employees that went in to cash his check. He thought this was outrageous and uncalled for and made him very uncomfortable so came back to my office and told me about this. I felt humiliated and angry that a professional organization that I had entrusted thousands of my dollars to would act in such an unprofessional manner. I made a complaint with the Six Forks Road location branch manager [redacted] and nothing to my knowledge was done as I had to repeatedly go into this branch and face the woman that had made those obscene remarks about me. Then I went in to send an international wire transfer in the amount of $4,000.00 and gave them all of the requested information and invoices, they filled out all information and sent the wire, however, they incorrectly entered account numbers when they sent the wire so my money was held in limbo for 14 days,[redacted] told me that they could not get it back in my account any faster. I was also told the reason for their mistake was because it was an international wire transfer and they are not familiar with them. THEY ARE A BANK, if they can not send these then why do they offer it as a service. So, I called a woman from their corporate office and she had my money back in my account and a new wire transfer sent with the correct information within 24 hours. Which lead me to believe I was being treated with prejudice based upon my looks by the employees at the Six Forks Rd. branch. Every time I go into this bank for a deposit, withdrawal, wire, frankly anything they're unprofessional they make everything difficult. I decided to shut my bank account down and go to a new bank I did this on October 2nd with teller [redacted].
