YABRI (Mr***) accepts no commissions or finder fees from anyone, and all application fees are paid to third parties for tenant screenings.In essence, The Complainant is simply a rental applicant who turned down the chance to rent the rental property she applied for. She has no other interactions with YABRI or Mrand Mrs***, and therefore has no actual personal knowledge of them. Her accusations are completely false. We hope that there are consequences for individuals who use reputable entities like the Revdex.com to file claims/reportsAnd hopefully other landlords/property owners will see this when conducting tenant checks, so as to prevent this situation from happening to them

Review: [redacted] and her husband [redacted] operate a property management company called "Yabri Management" in San Diego and Los Angeles counties. They give information about lease terms and once they collect the cash for the credit application, they actually change the terms originally agreed upon. They told us a 6 month lease for a particular apartment, we applied, got approved, but then was told it would be for a one year lease. We explained that we were given different terms that we applied under and yet [redacted] refused to acknowledge any wrong-doing or error made on the end of their management company. She conveniently tried to place blame on me for misunderstanding what we were told, when I was expressly told a 6 month lease. I asked her if she would at least be willing to refund us the credit application fees we paid since we would have never wasted our time and money applying if we had known they would change the terms on us and she absolutely refused. It is my opinion that this company is disorganized, unethical, misleading, untruthful and unwilling to accept any responsibility or be willing to atone for their incompetence. They are greedy and untrustworthy.Desired Settlement: I think it's more than fair for Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] to refund us the $60.00 fees we paid to apply, since this was a miscommunication between the couple that was relayed to us, not an error made our our part. This dosn't even cover the additional wasted gas money, time and energy spent going through the application process.

and background check. Applicants are informed that the $30 is non-refundable. The rentals are always 1 year lease terms. Active
