You need to contact the media,and "help me howard" once its all over the news they will have no choice but to do somthing for you. I'm so sorry to hear what happened I was thinking about doing the same thing getting a house from them but I'm doing reviews first to see what it's like working with them so far I'm not convinced.

Review: My husband and I bought a home from Y Rent, in December 2013, that was supposed to be completely renovated but when we moved in we started having problems immediately. Problem 1) Flooding of the basement after a heavy rain. Problem 2) Sewer backup. Problem 3) Roof leak from skylight. Problem 4) Drafts coming from every window and most of the doors. Problem 5) Very little heat coming from the radiators. Problem 6) They changed the deed to a single family home from a multi family home.

Y Rent and the company they had making the repairs stopped returning my calls.Desired Settlement: We want Y Rent to refund money that we have already paid and additional money needed for the remaining repairs.
