Review: I took a red dress that had a huge white bow in the front to the cleaners to have dry cleaned for my daughter. The white bow was pink when I went to pick it up. After I got home I realized it and called them. There was not a manager there, so I took the dress back so that the manager could see it the next day. They cleaned it again and the manager told me that the box was fixed, that it was white again. When I got there to pick up the dress, the bow was still in the same condition as the first time I picked it up. The manager told me it was the company who made the dresses fault and I should take it back to where I bought it. I believe when you trust a cleaners with your clothes, they should come back in the same condition you dropped it off in.Desired Settlement: I would like the cleaners to pay me for the dress they ruined. I paid $49.00 for this dress and then had to go out and purchase another one last minute since they ruined my daughter's dress.

I am responding to your letter in regards to the customer complaint made toward our companythat you had received. The customer had brought to us a red dress with a white bow on the frontto be cleaned. Upon cleaning the dress, the red coloring on the dress fabric had faded onto thewhite bow, causing it to tum pink. Upon re-cleaning the dress, we were able to remove most, ifnot all of the pink coloring on the white bow. However, the customer was still dissatisfied withher dress and wanted compensation for it. We have since resolved the situation by contacting thecustomer and offering her $49, the atnolllnt that the customer wanted us to pay, in store credit topay tbr the dress, to which she has accepted.
