We contacted this company on June 2014 in order to have a quote to wash our RV as advertized. The person that answer the phone had no clue as the type of work they provide, pricing, availability, and just nothing. He told us he would have to call someone else and give our message, and someone will call us back. Several days went by. Finally a guy called us, and instead of providing as his service fee and what the job included, he proceeded to try to sale us a paint job, new stripes, etc. We kept saying we just wanted washed, which we grew agitated. I have checked some reviews as well on Craigslist and apparently he has been taken many people to the cleaners and took their money without finishing (some times not even starting) the work. We asked if he had any type of business license, no answer. I would highly recommend asking at least 10 references of people he has done work for before you hire this business.
Review: Paid in full to have rv painted and remove old curtains and replace with new curtains in overhead cab.palnt job got done, paid everthing in full l was told curtains would be done at a later date.I have my paid invoice saying paid in full pending installation of curtains and all my conversations on text that I had with the owner.my last conversation asked to give my money back and return my old curtains or I would proceed with small claims court.I never heard back from him after thatDesired Settlement: Refund my $225.00 and return my old curtains
Review: On April 23, 2013 Xtreme Mobile Detail damaged our property. While detailing a GL 450 Mercedes, the detailer from Xtreme raised the body of the GL, drove it into the garage, hitting the ceiling. Damage to the GL 450 estimated by Amato Auto Body to be $2533, damage to the ceiling $50. On the website for Xtreme they claim to have insurance to cover damage they cause. We have tried numerous attempts to contact them. They do not respond to any of our calls, emails, faxes, nor letters to get this resolved.Desired Settlement: We are requesting the insurance information to cover the cost of repairs to the GL 450. If this business does not have insurance (they claim to have insurance on their website). To pay cash for the repairs to the vehicle.
