Member: Response: In response to the complaint filed against the shop for a tattoo we do not feel it necessary to refund her $300. Yes scheduling her in during our busiest season had some hiccups and did not go as smoothly as we would have liked. She did get her tattoo completed after 6+ hours by 2 different artists. Our normal price per hour is $125 so the total time cost for this tattoo would normally be $750. $300 was a discounted amount for all the trouble she went through. When her tattoo was finished she was very appreciative to the artist and staff of the shop and stated she loved the tattoo. As far as the stress on her family is concerned, her husband was with her at the shop on every visit. He could have stayed home with the kids while she got her tattoo because he himself did not recieve any tattoo work during this time frame. Sent on: 3/24/2016 4:05:35 PM
