Good Morning [redacted] , I am writing in response to Mr [redacted] complaint regarding the structure I built for him in June of Please be aware that we have a year structural warranty on our palapas and Mr [redacted] did not contact me about this leak until years after we built his palapa, clearly outside the warranty of being structural even though this is not a issue of structural concernRegardless we came and addressed his concern "free of charge" in Decemeber/January 2014/Mr [redacted] did Contact me in about the structure leaking but unlike he states in his complaint, I have been in the Hospital as you can see by the attached documents and suffered from Severe Aortic Regurgitation with Heart FailureWhile I am sure this is a priority for Mr [redacted] there are other contractors that perform this type of work in San DiegoBaPalapas Incis in no way bound to fix, replace or repair his patio cover as it has far exceeded the structural warranty of yearsMy suggestion is that Mr [redacted] find another palapa contractor to perform the work he requiresPlease see the attached Documents of my Hospital release I am still unable to drive as of this email under Drorders and unable to perform my duties for to months until my breastbone heals from the surgeryThank You for your Time and understandingBest Regards, [redacted]

Please be aware that we have a 5 year structural warranty on our palapas and Mr. [redacted] did not contact me about this leak until 5.5 years after we built his palapa,...

clearly outside the warranty of being structural even though this is not a issue of structural concern. Regardless we came and addressed his concern "free of charge" in Decemeber/January 2014/2015. Mr. [redacted] did Contact me in 2016 about the structure leaking but unlike he states in his complaint, I have been in the Hospital as you can see by the attached documents and suffered from Severe Aortic Regurgitation with Heart Failure. While I am sure this is a priority for Mr. [redacted] there are other contractors that perform this type of work in San Diego. Baja Palapas Inc. is in no way bound to fix, replace or repair his patio cover as it has far exceeded the structural warranty of 5 years. My suggestion is that Mr. [redacted] find another palapa contractor to perform the work he requires.
