Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Although I did not read the agreement thoroughly at signing, I was aware of this stipulation before filing this complaint The issue at hand here is the sales practice of your staff I was up sold into the higher package (surely based on some additional incentive they receive for doing so) and when I verbally inquired about the ability to move back down I was at no point informed of this fee Additionally, I find the fee itself to be unreasonable; Moving your customers from one package to another should be nothing more than a brief customer service interaction with very little cost to your organization Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am not wanting a discount or anything of that matter I am simply making the statement that your website is misleading and provides advertisement There does not state that Woodbury is an exclusion from the $offer The only reason I found out it was excluded is I had to contact customer service So, to me that is a bait and switch You are trying to bait people in at $9.99/month and when they attempt to sign up, only $14.99/month is offered with no explanation Personally, I do not think this is ethical nor good business practices Regards, [redacted]

Re: ***/ *** *** Thank you for making us aware of the complaint our customer, *** *** filed with your office. Our *** *** ** location always strives for excellent customer service, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond. Attached are complete documented
note from conversations that our customer service department has had with Mr***. On 9-19-we received a "freeze form" filled out by and sent to Xperience Fitness via fax from Mr*** and at NO point did Mr*** mention that he wanted to cancel his membership until 10-17-and Xperience Fitness complied with his wishes. Mr*** was fully aware that the Annual Fee would still need to be paid on 10-15-2014 even though his membership was on freeze, please refer to the highlighted notes attached with this e-mail. We will not offer a refund to Mr***. We trust that this complaint has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed unless notified otherwise

Thank you for making us aware of the complaint our customer, *** *** filed with your office. Our Hales Corners, WI location always strives for excellent customer service, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond
We appreciate Mr***'s loyalty
to our Hales Corners location over the last year and a half and apologize at the same time that this process took longer than it should. If Mr*** can provide us with "proof" of relocation/move such as a rental agreement, utility bill etc..We are more than happy to review the information and offer a refund if warranted. Please send "proof" of relocation/move to: Xperience Fitness *** *** *** *** ** *** *** * *** *. Attached is Mr***'s check in history it seems that he used the club in September? We will consider this matter closed unless notified otherwise

Today they charged my account $I was told by the lady at their billing company that if I agreed to pay the $fees for my son's and my accounts that they would credit my account and I would not pay again until 1/10/This was obviously a lie because they charged me again today
I am fighting it with my bank and emailed them to revoke my EFT permission as they charge what they wasn't when they wantNow I am told that if I do not pay by EFT I have to pay $each for my son and IThis is not right as I ONLY revoked my EFT because they are not doing what they said they would do and then they charged me for these fees that I was not aware of to begin with This seriously needs to be investigated as they charge what they want when they wantUntil this is cleared up I am not about to workout as the man in the kids club is the billing NaziHe calls you out in front of other parentsI am like I PAY my duesThis is just a mix up. *** ***

Re: *** ** *** - ***Thank you for making us aware of the complaint *** ** ***, filed with your office. Our *** ** location always strives for excellent customer service, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond. This was an unfortunate situation where Ms***
updated her billing information and it was place on the wrong account, we apologize for this inconvenience we placed on Ms***. Xperience Fitness was in the process of refunding Ms*** but she disputed the charges with her bank and we allowed the chargeback to go through back into her account so no refund was necessary. We trust that this complaint has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed -- In good health, *** ***

Attached is a copy of Mr***'s signed
membership agreement. We allow members to change their membership type for free up to days of enrollment. We understand that members might want to upgrade or downgrade their members, which is why we give our members a 30-day grace period. After the first 30-days we have a $membership change fee which is highlighted on Mr***'s membership agreement. In the past our change fee was $but we charged Mr*** the "new" change fee of $20.00. We understand that sometimes people don't read their membership agreement and in this case if it was, we don't think Mr*** would have filed a complaint.
We trust that this complaint has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed unless notified otherwise
