I was scammed a huge sum of money and decided to contact a recovery company via their email address:

they help me recover all my lost funds and profits. They are very honest and reliable with great support to answer your questions 24/7 service. They have good reviews online and they are the best ...if you need help with funds recovery you can always get in touch by mail and they can direct you to their recovery website. Everything about them is legit, their English is good, I highly recommend them due to my experience and have finally got my $82,350 back. I'm so happy.

I just wanted to write a quick review of XP MedicalThey are a very sincere and honest company that works hard to provide you with the best services possibleI live in Alaska, and Gary, the owner, and Nicholas have both been very accommodating throughout the years that I've ordered from themShipping to here is by no means cheap, but they do their best to get lower pricesI found that out when I had received an unexpected shipment shortly after receiving my expected shipmentTurned out that they were tinkering with shipping options and whatnot and it printed an order slip by mistake, which got shippedI value honesty and integrity, and do I contacted them and told them of them mistake shipment, and that they could charge me for it and not shop next monthsInstead, they charged only half the cost of this one! Which is a huge amount ($85), for my honestyA couple years ago I had also ordered several cases of product at once, and soon discovered one batch was defectiveI offered to ship back at least a few samples or an unopened package, but they said it's not necessary, and they sent me a new case with a different lot number, no chargeAlso, when I set up auto shipping, there were a couple kinks to work out, but Gary made everything smooth and now I don't have to do anything but pick up my order at the post officeThis business truly works to maintain happy customers and a faithful consumer baseSeems like there are fewer and fewer companies that strive to offer excellent service, excellent prices, and excellent products, and I look forward to continually doing business with XP Medical!

I found XP Medical when I lived in California, I wanted to support a business that was localI also liked that they had discreet shipping without having to ask or look all over the place to try and figure out if they do offer it on the websiteSome websites don't even mention discreet shipping even when you're in the shopping basket getting ready to check outEverything is very well priced so much so that I often find myself browsing for hours to find good deals only to come back and order from XP Medical because they still have the best price shipped, the free shipping helps a lotSome other companies look somewhat cheaper but then you see their shipping chargesI also moved back east and was worried that my orders would take longer to be delivered nowNot so! They have a warehouse on the east coast as well and I always get my orders super fast, to days at the mostI would recommend them to a friendI wanted to come do a review because over the years XP medical has been there for me and I want to show my support and gratitude by helping spread the word about this great company

I wrote up Mr. [redacted] about a week ago explaining how "Company X" gave be a few free samples and wonder XP Medical would match this sincere level of consumer loyalty. Mr. Evans told me directly in my email that, it'll be unlikely because it's not discreet enough, but I'll ship off a sample for your long time commitment to our business. Okay, that's great! A few days flew by and received my package yesterday; 10/22/2014 via USPS, in a brown envelope. I open the brown envelope and saw one sample, no plastic protection around the brief from the elements. I was very frustrated and wrote Mr. Evans promptly explaining my concern. I wrote, if I actually placed an order and it been shipped to me in this condition, I would've been very upset. I go on saying, "Company X" shipped their products in plastic shipping envelope, and the contents were in plastic bag and I didn't have to write them to ship me a sample. Mr. Evans response, good luck in your future ventures. GOOD LUCK! More like a middle finger to one of loyal customer face. I understand Mr. Evans could've of never wrote me back and never shipped out one sample brief, but the way he handle the situation pisses me off. If I was a new consumer looking for first time briefs and stumble upon XP Medical, I would probably look somewhere else, like Amazon.com, or "Company X". Let's face it, "Company X" briefs are a whole heck better than XP Medical Absorbency Plus. Sorry! P.S. Good luck on your ventures!

I grew up in a rural town where businesses knew their product and their word or handshake was more valuable than their profits XP Medical is a rural-type honest broker They know their products (as evidenced by their review page of several brands), and with even small issues and questions they bend over backwards to make it right I wish I could find dealers in other product areas (home goods, trades, or hardware stores) that have the honest, good quality, core values that XP Medical operates under For those that need their products, this is an invaluable service Discretion, great pricing, consumer research and expertise (to save me money, time, and potential embarrassment), customer service, timeliness They have it all As a career professional military officer, they allow me options that would simply not be available otherwise Great company, great value, great customer service I cannot offer a praise high enough to do them justice I salute them as a company that upholds American core values above profits, and I sincerely hope those values make them the most successful company in their field

XP Medical carries good products and their customer service had been greatIt is very easy to get in contact with them by email or phone and they will help with figuring out what you need or fixing any issuesGood company

When I messed up and ordered supplies late, Gary and his staff were willing to bend over backwards to make sure I didnt run out. Thankfully FedEx arrived early and everything was fine. It was totally my fault but Mr. Evans was willing to do just about anything to make sure I was taken care of. I cant thank him enough. His sense of customer service make him a true stand out in the medical supplies market. I FULLY and whole heartedly reccomend his store for any incont supplies you may need.

I have been doing business with this company for at least 6 years. I placed an order recently and used paypal as a payment processor. Unfortunately paypal submitted my address incorrectly. I called XP Medical and was greeted by a friendly american voice who I believe may have been the owner. They were able to help me get the address corrected with fedex and my products arrived just fine.
This company stocks a wide variety of products and really seems to care about their customers' privacy. All products are shipped discretely in unmarked boxes which I really appreciate.

Let's face it, "Company X" briefs are a whole heck better than XP Medical Absorbency Plus. Sorry!

I wanted to submit this review because while using XP Medical, they have been very supportive and willing to assist when they can. I know when I call and ask for advice they are willing to talk with me and not at me. When I have had an issue with a product, I have been able to call XP Medical and discussed the issue with Gary personally. The fact a customer can speak with the owner of a company directly shows a level of loyalty to their customers that is not usually found in today's society. In the past I have dealt with other mail order companies and in some cases had to try and return a product due to defects. After going through a drawn out process of with the company and mailing the product back so they could verify what I described on the phone I was finally sent a replacement.(No Communication as to what they were doing with my complaint during the processing) If I had the problem with a product from XP Medical they would have sent the replacement before they had even received the defective product and saved me from having to use an inferior product in the mean time.

I found XP Medical when I lived in California, I wanted to support a business that was local. I also liked that they had discreet shipping without having to ask or look all over the place to try and figure out if they do offer it on the website. Some websites don't even mention discreet shipping even when you're in the shopping basket getting ready to check out. Everything is very well priced so much so that I often find myself browsing for hours to find good deals only to come back and order from XP Medical because they still have the best price shipped, the free shipping helps a lot. Been ordering from XP medical since 2004 and have not had a single issue once. Best customer service, discreet shipping, and excellent product knowledge. Thank you Mr. Evans!

Review: I ordered a product from xpmedical then I realized it was the wrong size so a mediately I tryed to call email ect them to let them know my error so 4 days later here I am posting my complaint they are probably a good co. But there customer service is lacking a professional ability.Desired Settlement: I ordered a BodyStocking-Medium-Navy I won't it in large or full refund + shipping.
