Last year I had a really bad experience with this company. I was told that they were going to set my website on Google add words for $200.00 a month and it never happened until four months later that I decided to cancel my contract. I was talking to someone at their costumer service to try to get my money back. At first, they acted like they were going to return the money back to me but in the end they weren't even taking my calls. I was about to give up but a few weeks later I called one more time and was able to talk to someone who whispered in my ear to contact my bank and to claim a fraud report because I wasn't going to get reimburse, that that was how they made their money. Very disappointed.

Review: I purchased a website and search engine from XOKA to be on google, yahoo, bing, and facebook. I have paid for the service for one month at $199 plus a set up fee of $199, and have a recurring charge of $199/month. It has been a month and my website is just now today being put on the internet correctly. It took many phone calls and many lies and reassurances that my website has been on the internet. It did go online for 5 days then was taken off, it was reestablished 9 days later with a 10% off all work done by my company, I did not ask or authorize a discount to be put on the internet so XOKA took it off the internet again. My website was finally put back on the internet today April 14,2014 with a phone call by me asking for a full refund. They quickly put it back on the internet and said they will not refund because I have been on the internet the whole month. Xoka seems to be a company that false advertises their services and also falsely advertises my company with a 10% off all work.Desired Settlement: I am asking for is a full refund for falsely advertising my company and the lies and games that XOKA are playing. I will not do business with anyone that lies and takes advantage of a paying customer.

Review: I discussed company creating website and doing SEOUL work. The company was creating a website. However they did not complete. I sent them an email telling them I do not authorize any charges to my credit card. However they started billing my credit card without completing work and in disregard of specific instruction I documented in email. they charged credit card for 3 months. I called 3 times to complain. I was told they realized mistake but owner would call me to resolve credit card. Never received any calls or refunds. They charged card without authorizations. Will not respondDesired Settlement: I want refund of $900.00. $300 per month jan, February, March 2015 on capital one credit card

Review: Xoka Inc. agreed to place our company name on google listing first page within 5-7 business days of order. They charged my visa acct May 21,2014 USD 478.00 = cad535.32 and to date June 27,2014 nothing has been done on google listing.I've asked for refund,send emails and called. No response.Desired Settlement: Refund total CAD535.32 to visa account.

Review: Again tried calling this company today at 800.714.9652 - phone recording "temporarily unavailable"This company promises to create a website and that it will be in Google's TOP 5 sites that will appear by using the "key words". When they first called our business they represented themselves as Google employed - the only reason we went with them. Review: PRODUCT AS PROMISED NOT DELIVERED. The website looks cheap and unprofessionally done. After many many emails back & forth since Feb 20 2015, and being "given someone with higher regard" who will fix it and will call back, still no return phone calls. Only when I requested my money back $650 did they call. The #1 Reason for going with them was that our website would pull up and be listed within the top 5 - as of today I cannot find our business CamoConstructionLLC in Thornton CO when searching "remodel denver" "construction 80241"I would like a full refund, and take the site down, we will go with a proven company who has good reviews and is known for their customer service, as this company sure is not.Furthermore, I have requested invoices and receipts for the "design" of the site, and the "monthly fee". I have never been sent either which are needed for taxes.They will be getting ready to charge us again for another month and if that happens we will see them in court.Desired Settlement: FULL REFUND of $650.00, made in 2 payments of $250 and $400
