Review: We are supposed to be able to contact the company and return a non-functioning unit for repair for $300. They do not return any phone calls and disregard multiple attempts to contact them for service of their product, which they continue to sell on their website.Desired Settlement: We just want them to contact us and work out some type of arrangement to maintain our relationship going forward. We depend on their production on our production line.

Review: In a 2 year period XLNT IDEA has sent me 3 replacement DVD duplicators because of electronic defects. The last one they sent me still did not fix the electronic issues and then suddenly they have gone out of business. I am stuck with the $1200.00 unit and it's now just sitting on my shelf. I think they knew these units were defective and keep sending them out knowing they were heading down the road of closure. The unit only worked for a week and then failed. This was repeated with every unit they sent me. The last one they told me to open the case and to do x y and z to get it running but to no avail. They said that they would honor the warranty even though they asked me to open the case. After this didn't work and I tried to get in touch with them I was told they were out of business.
