Door to door salesman came to our house and said they could reduce our bill (which was super HIGH). Really nice kid, had the installation done that day - cost us $100 installation fee (we received $400 in ATT gift cards). NEVER ONE TIME WERE WE TOLD WE WOULD BE CHARGED BY XCITE MARKETING FOR ANYTHING. We NEVER AUTHORIZED them to bill our bank account that we were made aware of - of course all was done electronically, with an electronic signature. We received a debit in the amount of $6.99 from XCITE MARKETING and we were told it was for "insurance". We are also told it would be reversed since our sales person didn't go over that with us. I know its a minor amount - but its the fact that this company has no problem taking money from you that you NEVER AUTHORIZED. My husband and I were both present for this person "presentation" and believe me - I would have caught an "insurance" fee if it would have been brought up. This is fraudulent and if its not removed I will file complaints every single place I possible can.
