To whom it may concern,
Thank you for contacting regarding this complaint, my name is *** *** I am the manager of this business as stated in the complaint
the following complaint is not a true complaint filled by the customer Ms.*** *** *** because she came to the store and she brought
a damaged iphone 5s to the store and she wanted to get that phone fixed or replaced but as per the situation and condition of the phone at that
time repairing that phone was not possible that is why I gave her full information about the replacement of the phone that it can take to business
days for the replacement phone to come in and the charges for the replacement will be given to her once I have the information and then the next day
I talked to her over the phone after the text message conversation we had I gave her the price for the replacement she told me that it was a little to
much for her and she couldn't pay this much so then I asked checked I and gave her a price of $for the replacement and she agreed to that
and when she came to pick up the phone she brought some guy with her who was acting very crazy in the store and for that reason we had to involve
the police in this matter cause he started shouting in the store and then she started saying I want my old phone back and I don't want the replacement
phone now and I told her that its not possible because the damaged phone was already given to the manufacturer and it cant come back and the new phone
she has in her hand is the replacement phone from the manufacturer and nothing can be done about that nowAfter that the guy that was with her started
saying I will go to the Revdex.com and report you and started cursing and then when the police arrived they paid the money and took some pictures of the receipt
and store on there phone and left and after that they wrote this report to Revdex.comi am really sorry to say this but this is a completely complaint that
they have filled and we can never replace any customers phone without there permission that's not our policy and that is not ethical as wellplease feel free to
ask for any further assistance

Review: I went to this company and spoke with the salesman and store manager, [redacted] on the 25th of July 2014. I have an Iphone 5S that was not working at the time and he told me he could ship it to the manufacture to diagnose the problem and said that they wouldn't know the issue no sooner than Tuesday 7/28/14. The next morning on 7/26/14 I received a text message from Mr. [redacted] explaining that he could sell me a new Iphone S5 for $230 or the manufacturer will buy my old one for $180. I never wanted to sell my phone nor purchase a new one. I explained that I would be at the business at 3pm to pick up the phone that I wanted repaired. Upon arrival, he told me that he already shipped the phone to the manufacturer and that it was not possible to retrieve it back from them and that I must buy the phone he was offering for $230+tax. I said I wanted the phone back that I came in with for repairs and he said that was not possible and that if I did not buy the new phone, which did not come packaged in a box, (and was told that was impossible) that he would sell the $230 phone to someone else and I would be out of a phone. I asked for the phone number and address to the "manufacturer" he "sent" the phone to and told me that was not available information. I called the police and when they arrived he ended up giving me the "new" Iphone S5 for the price they wanted to buy mine for (this was never authorized)$180, cash only... These people stole my phone and forced me to buy one from them without any consent or authorization from myself. They are thieves and should not be allowed to do business. Please help this stop so nobody else falls victim to X Wireless as I did.Desired Settlement: I would like to have them refund my $180 that I was forced to pay for a phone I never wanted. All I wanted was to know what the issue with the phone I brought there in the first place and never gave any type of verbal, written, consent for them to send my phone to a "manufacturer" that does not have a telephone number of a physical address. I want the $180 refunded and I want the original phone sent back to me.
