Stupidly, I tried ordering something from this guy, and I made a mistake of doing so, I have been trying to contact the business to see what was going on with my order, all I have got were recordings, and I contacted both the 1800 number that was given on the site, and the number given here on the Revdex.com and left a voicemail, I just emailed him to cancel my order and refund my money, so I am now waiting to see how that goes. I will pursue this if I have to. I just hope he makes it easier for everyone and shut this sham of a business down.

Review: I received a falsely advertised item that I didn't order online.

I purchased a pair of flush mount turn signals. They arrived taped to a piece of cardboard. On the website, it stated the turn signals were bolt on installation. When I opened the package the turn signals were to mount with an adhesive back, not bolt on. The item number on XDCycle.com website is SKUXXXXX for XXXX-XXXX Suzuki GS 500 LED Flush mount Turn Signals. After contacting via email XDCycle decided to change their description of how they mounted on their website. I then asked about the process for returning the item. Returned the item:USPS Proof of Delivery Info for XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. AND NO REFUND!Desired Settlement: I request a refund for the item I returned plus shipping. Immediately!

Response:

This order was refunded back to customer due to an immediate chargeback from customer. He received a full refund. The part was accidentally labeled as bolt on and it was a stick on. That description was changed immed upon notice. This was a $20 something dollar part. This customer was very rude and demanding and hard to accommodate.

Review: Extremely rude customer service when inquired about the discrepancy for the shipping charge. Even worse response to my complaint I e-mailed.

What I sent in my e-mail:

Me: "Checkout shipping cost is different than what is displayed on the site, why is that?"

Rep: "That is normal, shipping cost can change without notice"

Me: "No, that is not normal, you cannot show a price than charge something higher during checkout"

Rep: "Well, just don't order it then!"

Me: "Click" (hang up)

The above conversation actually took place minutes ago. If this is sort of an acceptable attitude in your company, then I am surprised how you stay in business! You lost my business!

The response I received (verbatim):

"Good, go elsewhere. I know your type. You are a headache customer anyway, they are never happy."Desired Settlement: If the person I communicated with is the owner, then there is nothing I need or want otherwise a formal, written apology at the very least.

Person was calling because the actual ship cost was $2 more than the old description ship cost in the listing.

This person was told by phone to read shipping rates/ordering policies on the website which clearly reads shipping costs can change without notice. This person would have a good point IF he/she didn't know the ship cost until after the order was finalized. That would be unfair, and that is NOT the case here.

Ship cost clearly shown after address is entered while ordering. Person was told to read the ship cost/ordering polices on the website about the ship cost difference. The person didn't want to hear that and continued to get belittling and belligerent on the phone at the point a rep said then just don't order anything then. Person then hung up the phone. Enough said

I can tell from the "Enough said" part in the reply that it is the same arrogant [redacted] whom I was talking to. Yes, he did mention shipping charge was the old rate and was mentioned on the site that it could be different to which I said why wasn't it update, it is a misleading info and seeing the fine print about the correction is not easy or practical so it is a lame excuse. Is mentioning this considered being belligerent or belittling? I think not. This is a fabricated info to make his reply seem more credible.

It is obvious that people who like to deal with straightforward, decent and courteous sellers need to steer clear of this business. There is no excuse for his treatment or words and anyone reading my replies with their responses can see this clearly.

I am done.

So I purchased a projector kit from XD Cycle a few months ago and I was very pleased with the delivery time and the product itself. I had purchased a similar item from a different website a couple years earlier and the part itself was a nightmare to deal with. But with XDCycle the instructions were very clear, and support helped me out on a few questions I had. Would recommend www.xdcycle.com
