Revdex.com spoke with [redacted] from the company and she stated that the consumer bought a [redacted] and used 2 out of the 3 peels. [redacted] stated that on the consumers last appointment, the consumer cancelled the day of when there is a 24 hour notice and charge for the cancellation. The consumer was not charged...

for the cancellation even though it was against the policy. [redacted] stated that on the website when consumers make appointments online, they are supposed to put in a credit card so if they cancel, the charge will go through on the card. [redacted] stated that she has all of the calls, incoming, outgoing and missed and has no record of any calls from the consumer. She also does not have any emails from the consumer.

Review: I purchase a package of facial peels from X-Treme Beauty and Beyond based on a [redacted] advertisement. After receiving two peels I was unable to contact the business owner to schedule the remaining peel. I left several voice messages for the owner but never received a call back. I finally went on-line to schedule an appointment but the application would not accept the information without paying for the service on-line when in fact I had already paid for the service. I am not sure when I attempted to call the owner but it was early 2014.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the unused product I paid for.

Review: I scheduled an appointment with this business for January 8th at 4:15pm. I had to give them my card information to reserve the appointment. I got stuck in traffic on the way to my appointment and called them to explain I would not be able to make it in time. They understood and the receptionist made a note to the owner that the $30 no-show fee would be waved. I have to change my card number because their charge of $30 is showing as a "recurring" charge and my bank advised me to change my account information.Desired Settlement: I have already received the $30 back from my bank and will be contacting [redacted] to hopefully receive my refund for buying a coupon to X-Treme Beauty and Beyond for a gel manicure ($25).

Please investigate the manner of which they are charging customers.

My bank said this business was shady just by the fact that the charge was a recurring charge on my account and was not showing as a beauty salon on their end.

Your attention to this matter is much appreciated!

On Jan 4, 2016, The customer booked her appointment via my website [redacted] for 1/7/16 at 4pm. The customer called at 4:41 pm on Jan 7 stating her reasons for being late. At this point the customer should've been charged a NO SHOW fee because she didn't show. However, my receptionist rescheduled her for the very next day 1/8/2016 at 1pm and the customer never showed. At this time the customer was charged a NO SHOW Fee as indicated in the initial instance with making an appointment and it is also stated in the confirmation and the 48 hour reminder sent prior to the appointment. Upon anyone booking an appointment they have to accept my Cancellation/No Show policy before the appointment is booked or else they can not make the appointment. My business policy is that everyone put a credit card on file in order for them to adhere to my cancellation/no show policy. My policy is very clear as my receptionist has spoken with the customer numerous times. Also, all calls are recorded and logged when calling into (540) 251-2019 which is my business line. The customer has stated that she has received monies back from her bank however no dispute has been rendered between my business, the bank or the credit card company. Also, if she's received her monies back from the Credit Card company, what exactly is this dispute about? I will furnish the recorded calls where the customer repeatedly changed her story. I've been located in this building for more that 3 years and have never had this issue with someone being unable to locate my place of business. I am not responsible for outdated navigation that the customer has in their possession. The information along with the address is clearly indicated on the [redacted] voucher.
