Dear Ms***, [redacted] *I am writing referencing complaint number from [redacted] whoidentifies herself as the daughter of X-Stream's customer Mr [redacted] Ms[redacted] is not X-Stream's customerSee copy of [redacted] Commercial Invoice.Due to litigation between the parties for Mr [redacted] breach of X-Stream's contract,there was a 'confidential' settlement in the case dated April 41tAmong otherthings, within the Settlement are terms for warranty and technical support which Ms[redacted] might learn from her father.To the best of my knowledge, X-Stream, as with all customers, has answered alltechnical requests in a timely manner and will continue to do so according to the terms ofthe settlementAs recent as June 151n, 2015, X-Stream quickly responded to an email(see [redacted] ) from Ms [redacted] from [redacted] and we resent theparts list and the 'proper' ways to contact X-StreamThere are numerous otheranswered emails and some phone calls from WAS that requested support the pastcouple of years which refute most of Ms [redacted] claimsPlus, Mr [redacted] and Ms[redacted] clearly know how to contact X-Stream.All documents and paperwork Ms [redacted] refers too were provided to Mr [redacted] (Mr [redacted] partner) and Mr [redacted] son, who were on-sight the entiretime of the installation and trained by our tech to service the equipment going forward.We will continue to respond to Mr [redacted] for any technical support requests per theconfidential terms of the Settlement when appropriately contacted [redacted]

Review: My father purchased equipment from D[redacted] x-stream wash systems for a 3 bay car wash, from day one [redacted] has not treated us in a very professional way. We have had issues from day one with equipment , some of which was under warranty thru the manufacture however [redacted] held paper work needed to fix under warranty costing us Thousands of dollars in repairs , we have called in the past with a issue to be told by [redacted] that we must set up a appointment to call in with issue, as we are not psychic and do not know when we will have issues how is that even possible? [redacted] in the past has told us that we have to go thru him for parts and in fact when I called the manufacture myself they said no anyone can deal with them as that is what we did as the part we where getting cost us $55 and [redacted] was going to charge $150 plus shipping. We purchased this equipment in 2013 and to this day still have no paper work on the computer programing of the system and have no help from [redacted] to fix any programing issues, costing us hundred's of dollars trying to find a IT person that can help us and still no luck , As I could go on and on with the disrespectful ness and unprofessional ness of [redacted] and his Company , Bottom line is we want the programing book or what ever is needed for us to run and fix the any and all issues we have now and in the future without dealing with [redacted] or his Company.Desired Settlement: We want delivery of all paper work on all and any programing system controlling all wash system, drying system , every moving part to all that was purchased from [redacted] and X-Stream wash systems.. And copies of any paper work that items that have warranty's so when the part or pump stops working or breaks down we can get it covered under warranty...
