X-Ray Medical Group Inc

Review: I went to their facility for an Ultrasound. I told them that I must have a copy of the report sent to my home. They agreed to mail it out and I have never received it. I told them when I receive my report I will pay the bill. They in turn sent the bill to a collection agency. I called their billing department and they say they have no control it automatically gets sent to a Collection Agency. They also said I will have to pay the collection agency and they will not accept my payment when I get the report.Account #[redacted] Amt: $72.48Desired Settlement: I want my medical report and I want my account pulled from collection. When I receive my report I will be more than happy to pay the bill.
