Review: I did extermination/pest-control for roaches at my rental apartment at [redacted], Jersey City, NJ on July 23rd. The technician refused to check under the sink in the kitchen where most of the roaches/water-bugs are prevalent. He just sprayed along the edges in kitchen area and quickly finished the job. My renters had to purchase glue boards and install them under the sink in order to trap the roaches/water-bugs. They sent me pictures mentioning that the extermination service was very poor, complete waste of money. I have tried contacting customer service couple of times and left voice messages but nobody is calling back responsibly. My renters and I myself are extremely dissatisfied with the service as we still have the roach/water-bugs problem. The whole money that we paid for this service seems wasted.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate if the technician revisits and sprays under the sink and does the job properly without charging us any extra.

Review: Owner of X-Pert Pest Control Fred came to my house on 9/9/15 to get rid of Yellow Jackets and their nest, he promised to come back and follow up a couple of days later with two months guarantee. I paid $150 for one spray of chemical. Yellow Jackets are still flying in and out of the same hole he sprayed.

Fred never came back to follow up. I have been calling everyday since Sept 9th trying for the past two weeks to reach him but getting voicemail that's full. Him and his wife Beth have been ignoring my calls and text messages.

I am seeking a refund of $150 payment since the problem was not fixed.

Review: X-Pert Pest Control came to my house on 8/24/15 to treat the ants for the 2 front windows, and treat hornets and their nest. They promised to issue me a one-year warrantee certificate, and come back to follow up on the hornets and nest. I paid him for $321.00 for the work. However, more than three months past, I never received the certificate from X-Pert, X-pert never send anyone to follow up, and the hornets are still flying in and out of the nests which is supposed to drop now according X-pert. During the past 3 months, I have been calling numerous times to reach them, but getting voicemail that's full. The boss lady [redacted] have been ignoring my calls, a few time just hang up my call. I am asking a refund of $300 payment since the treatment certificate was never issued, and the hornets problem was not fixed.Desired Settlement: Refund $300

Issue the warrantee certificate, and come to remove the hornet nest.
