Our response to this is as follows:1. Customer had vehicle towed in the 1st week of NOV. Called after it was towed to our location to state the vehicle had simply stopped running. We dispute the customer stating in her complaint that we have had her vehicle since October 16, 2018- This is simply not true.2. We advised her it would be some time (2-3 weeks) before we had availability to assess the vehicle. 3. In our due diligence as a Used car Dealer who offers financing for vehicles; we looked in to the status of her account (vehicle loan) and here is what we found- This account was originally set up to be paid over a three year period. This customers account is currently 286 days in arrears. A full vehicle payment has not been made since July of 2018. A few partial payments have been made since that time, but nothing since October of 2018 (well before the vehicle was towed in).4. Due to the facts mentioned in point #3, our approach with this customer and her request to as her vehicle- was to rightfully request she make efforts toward paying on her account. It is difficult to work on someones vehicle when there is little proof you will be paid for the work that needs to be done. To date she has made no effort to pay on her over due account.5. We accept no responsibility for the life choices our customer has made. We are not responsible for the care of her child, nor are we responsible for her ability to keep herself employed. 6. The customer has always had the option to take her vehicle to another repair shop for evaluation and repairs. We are under no obligation to repair her vehicle, just as she is under no obligation to have her vehicle repaired by us. The current complaint by the customer is completely invalid and deserves to be removed from our profile of record immediately. In response to the "rejected response" from the complaint.Our initial statement stands as submitted. One extra note, the customer seems to think they are entitled to a repair here. This is simply not the case. There is NO warranty that would be valid on the vehicle. Her original vehicle loan is through a company who's Owners have retired. There is a representative of that company, who also works for the new business Owner; this person has full history and access to all account history. The customer has been informed that she needs to come and remove her vehicle as well. We have stored it for her at no charge.
