Review: Two years ago W.G. Bathrooms refinished two bathrooms in the home I recently purchased. Work in the bathroom was substandard and not per code, which was causing a major leak in the master shower. I contacted W.G. Bathrooms and asked them if they would fix all the issues. They charged me for all the new work that needed to be done to completely refinish both bathrooms, which should have been done right in the first place. The [redacted] of W.G Bathrooms admitted himself the work done two years ago was very bad and also admitted that he signed off on the work knowing the job was terribly done but because the house [redacted] at the time didn't complain. W.G. Bathrooms did not mention or point out any problems in workmanship. W.G. Bathrooms sent me an estimate for the bathrooms and a few extra things I needed done. Everything was supposed to be done in two weeks time. I paid him accordingly and purchased all materials needed for the job. A month has passed and W.G. Bathrooms hadn't completed half of the work on the contract and they kept giving me excuses for not showing up for work. Sundays and late evenings were the times they would work at my house knowing I have a newborn to take care of. After a month I fired W.G Bathrooms for not finishing the work on time and constantly not showing up for work. In the mean time I also prepaid him for the work because W.G. Bathrooms received a speeding ticket and had no money to pay for the materials needed. After he was told to stop working on the house he started pestering me for more money. I had to hire an attorney and can prove that W.G. Bathrooms was fully paid for the work done plus he was overpaid. He's constantly contacting me asking for more money and causing unnecessary stress to my family. The craftsmanship work done on the showers was so bad multiple contractors refused to finish the work and I finally had to ask someone to tear it all down again and start the work all over.Desired Settlement: I would like the W.G. Bathrooms to understand that he was paid in full plus the overpayment. I DID hire an attorney and will fight this dispute in the court if necessary. Even if it is only a couple hundred dollars W.G. Bathrooms is claiming I owe him. His calculations are wrong I proved it to the attorney, to W.G. Bathrooms and I will prove it in court. W.G. Bathrooms needs to stop contacting me directly because it is turning into something other than trying to collect debt.

Review: Company agreed to a $150.00 refund via [redacted]for falurie to complete a job it had listed on the invoice and was paid to finish. It has been some time since the [redacted] information was sent to the company and at this present time no refund has been receive, The company has not made any contact to try and completed the unfinished work or issue the agreed upon refund. The company has pictures of the work they were supposed to complete for me on their website. Dates Complained: 27 Apr 2013, 28 Jun 2013, 7 Jul 2013, 5 Aug 2013, and 28 Sep 2013 Via Email. There were also several phone calls and TXT messages. Spoke with owner on 5 Aug and this was when the agreement of the $150.00 was made. The total estimate for making the bathroom paint ready was $150.00. The company put up the drywall but did not complete the taping and mudding so the wall can be painted. Both the company and I agreed that $150.00 refund would be o.k. for both parties. 5 Aug 2013, the company was sent a PAYPAL invoice for the $150.00.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would like the company to remove all pictures relating to the job from their website or put a disclaimer that the job was not completed IAW with the written estimate due to the company negalance. I would also like a refund sent to my home address for the agreed amount of $150.00.
