Review: On April 4, 2015 I Placed an ordered a for a Grave Stone from west side memorials for my Daughters Graves it was also payed for in full the check cleared on 5/8/2015 all info was given at that time about 4 months later I received a mark up of what was to be put on the stone and it was wrong, I then stopped by in person to make sure it was correct. I was told it would be delivered in a couple weeks it is now 12/17/2015 and it still has not been delivered this is very upsetting to a grieving mother who just wants them to honor their agreement and deliver the stone I purchased.Desired Settlement: To Deliver the Memorial I purchased in a timely manner.

Review: A agreement between me and [redacted] West Side Memorials was made on the cost completion and delivery of a Headstone for my grandmother that past aware Dec 2012. A deposit (1/2 of the total cost) was made for the agreed cost and completion of the stone on 8-29-13 throught my checking account. The stone was to be completed by year end 2013. I have called several times since Dec of 2013 up until today to find out why haven't I atleast been contacted with and explaination as to why the ordered stone is not completed and ready to be delivered to the site. I haven't gotten not one honest or clear answer from [redacted] West Side Memorials and have been given fabriated reasons by the young lady that answers each time I call putting the blame back on me the consumer. In January of 2014 I spoke with the young lady [redacted] at [redacted] West Side Memorials to request a full refund because the stone that was ordered was not complete and they stated that a refund was not an option. I am very disappointed I have requested to speak with upper management regarding my compDesired Settlement: I would truly like a full refund along with any apolize as to why they have not been able to communicate with me as to the length of time that was agreeded upon at the time of order.
