Excellent What a wonderful experience with this company Our AC went out on June 13, during the heat wave in Central Virginia We tried to work with another vendor to get our unit replaced I called the other vendor and was told we could get an appointment the next week They failed to call me back that afternoon and when I called them the next day, they responded with a July 14th installation date This was during a heat wave and their staff had already been fix the unit three times I called W T Curtis and Son on a Wednesday and they came and installed the new unit on the following Friday Great customer service, great staff working for the company and we now have AC A+ rating
