Review: I stopped at this gas station at 1:00pm on March 25th and filled my car up at pump#7. The pump said I filled my car with 11.45 gallons of gasoline; however, my car, a Mazda 3, only holds 11 gallons of gas and I had at least one gallon in my car when I filled up. The sticker on the pump indicated the last approved inspection by the [redacted] Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Office of Product Industry Standards was conducted in September 2009. I went inside to talk to the manager who dismissed my concerns and said he was inspected "6 months ago or a year ago."Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the amount of gas I was overcharged. My tank only holds 11 gallons, and I had at least one gallon of gas in my tank. Therefore, I should be reimbursed the 1.45 gallons I was overcharged. The amount of gas for 87 was $3.77, so I am owed $5.47.
