Hello,Although our cases are designed with impact resistance in mind, we have never advertised as providing 100% guaranteed protection Any time a device is dropped, even from the smallest of heights, there is risk of damage There is no case on the market, from any case manufacturer, that can guarantee 100% protection Our warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship on Verus products when purchased through our website, which is clearly stated on our website warranty information Like we have explained to the customer, it is unfortunate that the customer's screen cracked but our warranty does not extend to cover that expense We cannot offer any compensation for the repair of the screen At most, we can offer a full refund on their order Thank you for your time

Hello ***,I am very sorry for the confusion and negative experience that you have had with us thus far. On the ***.com marketplace, there are different sellers that you can purchase our products from. Customers can purchase directly from us which shows as “Verus USA” as the
seller or customers can purchase from “***” who is a reseller of our products. For customers who purchase from *** as the direct seller, we do not have access to any customer information regarding that purchase. This means that we are not able to view the customer’s name, address, what product they bought, etc. Since we do not have access to these types of orders, we are not able to provide refunds. Due to the fact that you purchased from one of our resellers (***), *** is directly responsible for your refund or replacement. Please understand that due to the fact that you purchased from *** as the direct seller, it is a bit hard for us to take responsibility for your order. Hello,I have attached the customer's order details As you can see from the screenshot, the customer ordered an iPhone 6s Plus case (which is the correct item that they received) Although this is the customer's error in purchasing the wrong item, we sent him a pre-paid return label to
return the wrong item back to us Please inform the customer to print out the pre-paid label and ship the item back to us and we would be happy to refund the order in full Since we sent a pre-paid return label, the customer does not need to pay for anything. Thank you

They are lying when they say no other phone case company gives a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Otter box phone cases promise to replace you phone if it is broken with the case on. The phone case didn't do the one and only thing I paid for it to do..... Protect my phone. Therefore your product is defective and I should be reimbursed for the financial woes you have no caused me.

that can guarantee 100% protection.  Our warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship on Verus products when purchased through our website, which is clearly stated on our website warranty information.  Like we have explained to the customer, it is unfortunate that the customer's screen cracked but our warranty does not extend to cover that expense.  We cannot offer any compensation for the repair of the screen.  At most, we can offer a full refund on their order.  Thank you for your time.
