I have nothing further to offer in response
*** ***, M.S., C.R.C., L.P.C

I am responding in regards to the above referenced complaint. I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Wisconsin. I provide a
wide range of vocational counseling services and earning capacity evaluations primarily dealing with litigation. I am hired by individuals, attorneys, insurance companies, and appointed by the court system. The subject of this complaint is an evaluation that I was conducting in relation to a litigation matter. In this matter, I was hired by an attorney to provide a vocational assessment in relation to a divorce matter. I have written approximately 1,vocational evaluation reports over the course of my career. I follow a standard protocol and rely upon labor market research that is published by the State of Wisconsin, Federal sources such as Department of Labor, etcto formulate my opinions in these reports. As an independent evaluator, I work hard to avoid the influence of all interested parties in formulating my opinions. On occasion, interested parties are dissatisfied with my findings. This was the case in this circumstance.
I was hired to perform a Vocational Assessment Report which I performed. This was a thorough six-page document. I adhered to the guidelines established for my profession in doing so. As such, I performed the work that was asked of me and I will not be refunding any of my retainer fee
Sincerely,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I had received my first invoice on 4/7/with a post mark of 4/4/and a highlighted payment due date of 4/3/2014. The bill was addressed to an unknown law office. Upon review of said dates and hours of service listed on this invoice the hours are very highly inflated. For example, the Vocational Interview held on 2/17/was billed at hours at $per hour totaling $ In the first paragraph of Ms*** written report, she states that the interview was under hours. My husband is certain that he was there just over an hour and vividly recalls the time frame because of the weather conditions that day. While I can understand hours for the labor market research billed at $an hour, the vocational report preparation at hours is non-factual and ridiculous. Ms*** states in her reply to the BBA for her report to be pages, when indeed it is reflective of about pages in length. The first half of page contains their printed letterhead followed by ten sentences. More than half of page contains margins and a signature. My husband provided Ms*** with a four page resume. I believe the said report to be a mere summary of this resume only in narrative form with the exception of the following irrelevant data regarding employment:
"Mr*** continues to maintain his own vehicles; a Porsche Boxter and a BMW. He also has two motorcycles." What does this have to do with anything?
"As a boy, Mr*** had two paper routes and cut lawns. He also worked as a fast food worker at Pizza Hut and a retail sales clerk at Target." Why would year + information pertain to current employment for an individual with an MBA?
"Mr*** noted that the recession really screwed me over." I find this statement in the report to be highly unprofessional
This report contains misspellings and is written at a middle school Flesch-Kincaid grade level
Ms*** clearly indicates that she did not review any transcripts, tax records or business records for Sundance, IncWhy would this not be reviewed for an individual who has been self-employed since 1993? Why would this not be pertinent in a vocational assessment report?
Ms*** never mentions employment options with for individual with an MBA. I have since consulted a HR Consultant who is PHR certified who assures the ridiculous notion that he is only qualified for entry level positions in areas that are not congruent with his educational level and degrees
There has been no contract signed. I submitted the required $check in good will as a retainer for this "service" on 2/17/14. The invoice I received after the stated due date, now states I owe an additional $which includes a nondescript clerical line item billed at $for hours totally $72. To date I have not received a report from Vocational Professionals, Inc. Furthermore, my attorney had discussed and requested a full or partial refund due to the poor quality of this report. Under the circumstances, I request a refund.
Regards,
