We have given this customer a full refund and she signed a document stating that she was satisfied and in her mind the matter was resolved Attached find the signed document that this person signed stating she was "made whole" We have done everything we could to satisfy her, including offering her a free treatment She declined and came to our office to ask for a full refund We gave her a full refund as she requested We consider this matter resolved She verbally told me with witnesses in the office that after receiving a refund she would consider the matter resolved If for some reason the Revdex.com does not think this was satisfactory, tell us exactly what we could possibly do more to resolve this matter.(The treatment provided was for units of botox and the refund was for $195)

of $*** works by irreversibly binding to receptors that send nerve signals for muscles to contract But, since your body makes new receptors and neurotransmitters all the time, each patient will have different lengths of effective paralysis and 2-months is the range We do not dilute the ***, that would be unethical You received the *** months ago, therefore most of the paralysis effect has worn off Also, *** is not meant to fill the lines it only freezes the muscle and prevents it from creating deeper wrinkles Also, when we book you for a follow up, we evaluate if you have movement and if you do we will gladly do a touch up free of charge if you do not have much movement, we do not inject more *** because that can cause atrophy

We would never over dilute ***A dishonest practice like you mentioned would ruin our business, but most importantly we would never try to deceive our patients as we value them and respect them

Hello, [redacted] came into our office for 20 units of Botox on Tuesday May 3, 2016.  The Botox which is used in our medical office is FDA approved, as using anything else would be unethical.  We also have an experienced medical Doctor performing the injections for Vivia...

Center.  [redacted] complained about not seeing results 48 hours after the procedure and to address that, Botox usually takes 6-10 days to take effect, and that is industry standard.  Furthermore, during her consultation with our staff she was advised to get an extra 20 units of Botox for the areas she was concerned about due to the severity of her creases, and she declined.  We have made it clear in our medical forms which she has signed and dated that Botox takes about 6-10 days to take effect.Please contact us at ###-###-#### for any further questions or concerns.  Thank you for your time.Vivia Team
