The sign never said subtotal it said if I spent $50.00. She then told me she makes the sign and doesn't have to honor what she wrote.=> We explained customer that we can only give $10.00 dollar free gift card when her subtotal over $50, but her subtotal was not reached $50, so we gave her $5 free gift card followed by advertisement.And then we had a issue with customer, Our manage asked her if she spend little more to make subtotal over $50,we can give her $10.00 free gift card which was customer wanted.Then she took little while, and she spent more, so we actually gave customer $10 free gift card.We are not sure how come customer still wants to get one since we gave her one already.All crew here still remember that day exactly, and we know what we did.Also our manager didn't tell customer that way she described.Viva Fashion Olathe
