Refusal to communicate and execute a refund GAP Insurance for a 2016 Chevy Suburban and 2017 Chevy Corvette On or about 15 July 2017, I came into the Viva Chevrolet dealership and gave the finance department my odometer readings for a 2016 Suburban and 2017 Corvette for a GAP refund in reference to a trade in conducted on both vehicles. I was told that it would take up to 8 weeks by a representative from the finance department. At the 8-week mark, on or about 15 September 2017 I left numerous messages and came by again to check on the status of the refunds with Finance. I again was told " we are looking into it". On 13 November 2017, I again came to the dealership to see what the status was and after waiting for an hour, I was told that "it's at the main office for processing". A representative from Finance took my number and said, "he would get an answer today" (13 November 2017), I have had zero contact in reference to this issue. Another excuse I received was that it takes u

Completely dissatisfied with the service we received at Viva Chevy in El Paso and not happy with my $50,purchase they had me sign on, by far the worst service I have ever received from any business in my lifeLet me start off by saying this was our first time purchasing a new vehicle and financingSo I'm sure a lot of people can relate and I'm sure a lot of people have been taken advantage of by this dealership as we were and we want to make sure this does not continue to happen to other people We were lied to on several occasions not only by the sales person (***) but also several managers (***, *** and to make it worse the GM *** was not willing to help us out)My husband and I went into this dealership with the impression they were the best in El Paso and had the best offers since in a matter of months my family has purchased vehicles my husband and I making it the 5th possibly 6th Unfortunately that was not the casewe inquired
