I had to contact Vista when my hot water heater stopped heating my waterI called my service provider and they sent the service tech who told me he had to order the partsI called the service provider again to find out when they would have the part in and when we would once again have hot water and they told me that they had ordered the part through Vista and that it would be about two weeks for the part to come inWhen I called Vista to ask them to come and pick up their hot water tank and explained that it was ridiculous to expect us to be without hot water for two weeks the customer service person was extremely unhelpful, unsympathetic and very rudeI e-mailed them requesting a copy of my contract which they provided but since then I have been bombarded with junk e-mails daily for weeks nowI believe they sold my e-mail address to mailing lists or subscribed me to several junk mail sitesSeems like harassment to meIs there any way I can prove this or anything I can do?
