Review: [redacted] Photographed my son's Bar Mitzvah on November **, 2012. [redacted] was contracted to create a photo album from the event. [redacted] was paid in full $5,800.00 as he required before producing the final album. [redacted] has broken his own deadlines repeatedly over the last 18 months and has not only failed to produce said album, but has stopped communicating with me. [redacted] does not answer emails or phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like the album that we paid for delivered. If that is not possible I would like the proofs and a refund so I could have the album made elsewhere.

Review: I hired visions photography for my daughter's sweet 16 on August of 2012. I still do not have my pictures or albums 2 years later! I have made several attempts to contact the photographer, [redacted]. I have all of my saved correspondences with him stating that I will be receiving my albums and pictures soon. I have still not received anything. I have called several times with no response. We had an appointment to meet and he never showed claiming that he forgot. I have paid for my services as well. This is just beyond ridiculous. My next step will be small claims court.Desired Settlement: I would like my pictures and albums in the next 5 days. 2 years is long enough to wait!

Review: Contracted with Visions Photography to shoot video and photograph my daughter's wedding. Paid $8,000 in full.
Wedding took place on November **, 2010. Videographer was present as was photographer. A few months after the wedding, my daughter and I met with [redacted] to choose some of the pictures for the album. Daughter and son in law also met with [redacted], person whom I dealt with, who was also the Photographer. They chose additional pictures and paid additional monies.
No pictures, albums or videos were ever delivered. Additionally, calls were not returned or recording would immediately come on stating no one was available, messages left; no call back(s).
We gave this person more than benefit of the doubt due to the good name he once had as a photographer who delivered as contracted. It is unethical and unacceptable for someone doing business not to respond or deliver what was promised three and a half years after contracting with and taking $8000 from me.Desired Settlement: Eight thousand dollar refund as well as refund of additional monies given to [redacted] by my daughter and son-in-law as well as all the proofs, so my daughter and son in law can make their own album.

Review: The truth about [redacted] - [redacted] of Visions Fine Photography in [redacted] New York. He constantly lies, breaks promises and deadlines. He is extremely stressful to work with because he is very difficult to get in touch with - ignores phone calls and text messages. He takes on more and more customers in order to line his pockets while letting other customers down with cancelled deadlines and poor results. He does not care about his old paid customers. He comes off as a sweet talker, and talks himself up how he is such a great guy and all. The truth is, he is manipulating, and a horrible business man- a thief and a _____. I got married in June 2012- Its been a little more than a year and a half and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. NO WEDDING ALBUM OR VIDEO. The best part is, I paid him in FULL. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN!!! I have more than ONE primary nature of my complaint, including: 1. An advertising misrepresenting a service - I met with [redacted] in December 2011. He seemed like such a nice guy, on top of his work, etc. WE hired him after looking at his work. We got our proofs in July 2012 a month after our wedding and they were absolutely awful. Thank goodness I had about 2000 pics to choose from. 2. The company has unethical collection promises - [redacted] takes your money and runs away. He does it with every client. He doesn't have anymore money left when its time for your album and video. 3. Customer service failed to provide assistance - 4. The failure to respond to phone calls or written requests for assistance or support - He ignores calls and messages. 5. The inappropriate behavior by customer service personnel - 6. Delivery issues - It has been a lil over a year and a half and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. No wedding album or wedding video. He has promised us to deliver it on a specified date and he keeps pushing the date back.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] to finish the job otherwise I will dispute the charges on my CC.

Review: Visions Fine Photography took our $8,000. We have no wedding albums, no proofs. Nothing to remember our day but small photographs we do not own the rights to.
He was paid in full the $8,000 and has failed to meet every deadline that we have constantly extended to him from the goodness of our hearts. We now have no wedding pictures that are ours, no albums. Nothing to remember our day. Yet. he has the full $8,000 and has failed to abide by our binding contract.Desired Settlement: At this point, We want nothing to do with [redacted], and Visions Fine. We want him to release the proofs to us, and give us back our $8,000, so we can finally create the wedding albums and put together the memories in which he robbed from. We also will be taking legal action with our attorney.
